I think I'm missing something, my coworkers sat phones get service but mine won't. Over all tho my experience has been good usually quick with customer service answers, very good price. Although I purchased my phone at the end of the month, and they charged me for service even tho I didn't get the phone until the 6th of the next month, for someone on a budget that was hard. Can't complain I guess, life isn't perfect

Very discrete and easy to maneuver.i've been informed that the 40 minutes have been used.i must not have received the 100 minutes from Sue Shorees.She was going to give extra minutes for calling her back on a weekend.Maybe I misunderstood her.

Used phone better than expected

It went smoothly.

Phone worked well. No issues contacting 3,000 miles away. Must have the phone outside for a clear view of the sky. For a permanent use on a boat I would recommend an outside antenna.
I was very happy with the service.
I was able to manage weather situations for a 40 boat CUBAR trip to Mexico without any issues.
