We took our Sat Phone to Alaska for a 12 day trip, the unit arrived on time, batteries charged and ready to go. We will rent again, no doubt about it. The price was reasonable, the unit worked well, it was wild to be able to call home from a remote location in the wilderness. We liked that we had some minutes to use for calls home, but we rented the unit for peace of mind. You never know what can happen when your over 50 miles from the nearest help.

Nicole was great and answered my questions, and the check out experience went smoothly. Very satisfied so far! The only thing I would suggest is clarify the available area codes on the website. I got one with a Texas area code, but would have preferred an Alaska area code. Otherwise great experience!

Once payment submitted button is pressed a long time elapses before the order is processed message comes back. You should have some kind of processing message in the interim.
