Samsung directed me to this site to order a water filter replacement for my fridge. The filter was $45.99 on this site. I found the same filter on Amazon for 12.99. For a set 3! I ordered and installed it works perfectly. It is the same part this site has it marked up over 1000%.
My Samsung Powebot VR20H9050 robot vacuum cleaner was two years old when the left drive wheel assembly failed. I purchased a replacement Samsung left drive wheel assembly, part number DJ97-*******A, from Samsungparts.com (doing business as J&J International) in Feb 2018. The drive wheel assembly failed in October 2018, after only 8 months. I called J&J International and was told they do not warranty Samsung parts and only have a 30 return policy. Samsung manufactured the part so I called Samsung. Samsung told me to call J&J. Do not order from Samsungparts.com/J&J International. I found a refurbished assembly on Amazon for one third the price J&J charged me for the "brand new" assembley which lasted only 8 months.
Placed an order for a replacement USB-to-input adapter (to fit my S8 to a Gear VR headset, since the S7 and S8 have a different USB input/interface). Truly, nothing monumental, and a piece that's readily available elsewhere. Set up an account on their site, found the piece, entered my info, and... then...
Nothing. For, like, weeks.
I'd check the order, almost daily, hoping to get a shipping confirmation. No joy. The order still read as "new order". So, I got proactive, and emailed them an inquiry (silly me: I was hopeful). And I did get a robo-email, saying that they'd gotten my inquiry, and they'd get right back to me.
Ummm, no. Not for days. So, I called the phone number on their site. And, guess what? The phone rang four times, got picked up (Robot? Clerk? Who knows?), and was then promptly hung up. Five times.
I logged back on, cancelled my order, and bought the piece on eBay. At this point, I'd have happily bought from just about anyone else. I will be checking my credit card activity to make sure that the order was, indeed, cancelled.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Seriously, try Amazon, eBay - even your local Samsung repair outlet. It may cost you a little more (or, as in my case, less), but at least you'll get somewhere. These guys are horrible.
P.S. - Those positive reviews... seriously? Who writes this crap for these guys?

Ordered a part right before Xmas and paid $22 more for expedited shipping on a $11 part. I did order 2 of the same part to have a spare. Found the part on Amazon for $11 and with prime was free shipping in 2 days, so cancelled the order with SamsungParts. Got a confirmation it was cancelled.
Fast forward 3 months and guess what, I got charged $45 something for a cancelled order. I call SamsungParts, and tell them I don't need the parts and it should be cancelled. I requested a return slip that took almost a week and a full refund.
I get refunded the part price and no shipping. I call and email and they said I will get it. Now almost 2 months later I still don't have that refund.
SO THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES., also I will never buy another Samsung appliance again. My $1100 washing machine was part of the exploding top recall. The part I ordered was a plastic cap on the bottom of the tub covering the screw.
My $1100 dryer has broken twice, under warranty one time for a heater element and the other luckily under my Home Warranty.
Now my almost Samsung $4500 fridge has had the icemaker fixed over 3 times.
I ordered a replacement Samsung speaker from them J & J International is the name of the company Samsung directs you too. Was to ship next business day from date of order received it 6 weeks later after being told every week call back next week. Speaker was damaged and now they want my speaker back without refunding my money. They are willing to hold my money though for 6 more weeks while another speaker comes from Korea! Do Not Order from these people
I ordered a replacement base for a TV. They shipped a defective part, missing pieces, not functional. They refused to honor flat rate return postage. Threatened me with restocking charge. One day after they received the part back, they filed a claim with UPS saying "recipient reported damage on delivery". Absolute lie. I shipped it back to them in the same packaging they used to send it to me. No damage. I let UPS know. They have yet to issue credit card refund two months later. Credit card issued refund based on all the documents I sent them.
I needed a replacement part so I thought this was a legit source for Samsung parts. Too bad they're just a random third party company and have little to do with Samsung itself. It's been two weeks and they've yet to ship or respond to my emails.
First time i have buy the product on Maxbhi.com... and its a good product, as i have seen on site before purchase. Same delver to me. Maxbhi delivery service is also good... thanks to Maxbhi & Maxbhi team
I am so disappointed on Samsung for parts replacement. I have a year old above stove Microwave, which I buy all Samsung including my phones. We had damaged the face-plate of the stainless steel left corner they had no replacement for the plate so decided to just get a whole new door. My kitchen has been all redone and I didn't want the plate to be damaged and not look good. Well I ordered the door which was $125.39 which I felt was not to bad, but then they hit me with a shipping & handling charge of $135.43! What is that! I can buy a new microwave for that! So so disappointed I thought I was buying top line my total for a new door is $260.82 just RIDICULOUS! Shame on them!
I emailed their customer service regarding a situation I was having not being able to find a part on their website. I was told I would be reached at under 1 business day but it has been over a week. Doesn't make sense.
Ordered a part for my washer. Woman on the phone had NO IDEA what she was doing! Waiting 8 days for the WRONG PART. The part number did not match and the part came NOWHERE near the mounting brackets! Called and told was the right part? Sent it back ( cost me $18.00) and they refunded the purchase only! I got stuck with the shipping from the purchase. WOULD NOT REFUND! And postage to send back!
First, I am appalled at one salesman who hanged up on me. Since I have nothing but PROBLEMS with my 7 year old refrigerator. Bought it at Best Buy and sure enough problems started after the warranty expired, water was collecting under the drawer and then freezing, condensation and motor had to be replaced, ice maker plastic lever broke so I had to replace the whole unit $300 plus. I just got frustrated and Samsung was like "sorry" we don't deal with parts you have to call this number... J J Parts I assumed it would be free to replace a small plastic lever... WRONG! The guy said it is $49 - when I said I have crappy product that causes me grief and asked if this is wholesale price or retail. He hang up after 20 minutes waiting to be connected and since they had my number "Just in case we get disconnected" they did not call back. I called Samsung, they took the report and will alert "no one" I am sure. THe supervisor gave me samsungparts.com and when I looked up at the parts they were from 1.85 - 15.00 range - Waste of time because the Samsung supervisor was not able to tell me the part number i needed as she did not know herself. So I called JJ again. This time I took the name of the guy and he was not the same as the prior person. He flat out told me that the part is $50 and he is not allowed to give me part number they are in sales! I was like "Are you kidding me?" Does Samsung know about this? Because I will personally write in Korean to ALL BOARD MEMBERS at SAMSUNG and show them how unethical their authorized dealer is or is he friend and family? I called back Samsung and they gave me another number to call (service) who would be able to give me part number. Well, after 30 minutes on hold I was able to talk to this lady who had NO CLUE on part names and numbers but it was a "warranty place"... So pretty much you call and pay for warranty and they come to repair your item for which you have to pay too... THIS IS A WHOLE SCAM people... They make you pay big money for these $#*!ty products that don't last, then they drive you in circles to repair them, rip you off by buying parts and then setting up warranty BS to you spend more money on warranty but it's only good for short period of time because when something breaks you are SOL!

KUDOS to you companies for standing by your product and customer Satisfaction!
Oh, by the way my husband just bought the part $15 and $25 total with shipping...
J J International was charging me $49 plus shipping and tax... SHAME ON YOU!
I ordered a part for my fairly new samsung refrigerator and they sent a part that didn't fit. Evidently they don't give you free shipping on returning parts even when it is their mistake. Paying $22 to return something to get my $35 back did not seem worth it, especially since they said it had to be returned in perfect condition to get my money back. I don't trust them to do the right thing and will avoid samsung prducts in the future.
If there were a competition for bad customer service, these people would win. I tried to replace a Samsung TV remote by buying from them, after Samsung directed me to their website. They sent me a remote that did not not work. When I called, everyone I talked to kept forwarding me to somebody else, and then they hung up upon me. I tried this twice, with the same result. They are all liars or idiots. I ended up sending the useless remote back to them, but I had to pay the shipping. I ended up buying a remote that worked from somebody else. The people at Samsung do not care about their customers, just getting their money.
