A few weeks ago,I went in a Samsung website to buy a Phone case and the site all time going down,and when the site start work good the Phone case cost more than £100and in a Store cost around £20 and when I wait for 20 minutes.
Saw this on an ad, my idol advertising it that's why I did not hesitate to get it asap! Quite surprise with the quality and performance! No regrets with my purchase! Glad that I did get it!
Samsung Care+ can be handy if you are planning to use it a few times. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use it. The phone was bought on April 6,2021. Low stock. It was shipped on June 4. About 6 months ago (December 2022) the screen got broken. I forgot that there was a coverage. On May 23 I called Samsung Care+ and asked if they can check if it's still covered. They said it's from the day it's purchased. So for future idiots like me please call Samsung Care+ the day when you receive your device in mail and tell them to honor what they suppose to cover (i.e. 2 years). I get it if the issue was a 3rd party company. But Samsung delayed shipment, Samsung sold me coverage. Both the same company. So they delay shipment and they waste your insurance. Probably deliberately.
I purchased a Samsung 49" curved monitor. I raised issues regarding it blanking out while using it, primarily when browsing. I assumed firmware/driver incompatibility as the issue and tried to address using their non-functioning set of instructions, so it did not help. I called and requested for Samsung to have a technician remote in to experience the problem first hand and assess the issue for any remedy. They would not do it and handed me over to USSIGLOBAL service partners who evaded their responsibilities under one excuse or the other beyond my control. After several months of going back and forth, without assessing the issue, they want to repair the unit, without a loaner, not knowing if the problem may not even be with the hardware. I have a decision to make if I want to go through what maybe a fruitless effort.
Bottom line: Unless you're willing to write off your investment, don't buy any Samsung products as their Customer Service Support sucks!
This company's refund process is absolutely atrocious. I've been a longtime Samsung customer for years and I got a Odyssey G9 monitor. This monitor has notorious problems with dead pixels, which I ended up experiencing. To get a repair person to my location took TWO MONTHS only to have the replacement screen have DEAD PIXELS on it. I requested a refund, which itself is taking TWO MONTHS as well. Go the refund code yesterday only to be made aware that it's not working, at which the rep recommended I request a check, which can take up to 10 more days! Absolutely unacceptable and just a complete runaround when it comes to their constumer service. A FOUR MONTH ORDEAL to get a solution for a problem they already know is part of their product.
Purchase online, was supposed to have an education discount only to find out after it was removed. Was told only way to get it was to return the phone! Total BS!
I requested my trade in phone to send back. When i got the phone back, my spen was missing. Contract samsung. Got coupon to buy from the site. But it's never come available to buy. Try to contact them again. And seem like no one want to help me with the issue. Worst customer service ever dealt with.

Bought the $1899 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. After six months, the screen developed a crease in the middle which made that part of the screen unusable, it was just black. Retailer referred to Samsung as the phone was still under warranty. Called their customer service who created a case for me and sent me a box to ship it in. I wrapped the phone in a zip lock bag and about 2 feet of bubble wrap and sent it in. A week later, they sent me a bill for over $900! Said that damage to my phone voided the warranty! I refused to pay and asked them to ship my phone back. I received it a few days later.with a cracked screen! When I called to complain, and threatened litigation, they agreed to extend my warranty and repair the damage to the screen. Ran through the whole process of packaging it up and shipping it again. A few days later, they called and said it would be $560 to fix. Totally fed up, I told them to just ship it back. I received the phone back 3 days later, and now it won't even turn on. Their standard cells, no frills, are a good product, but I'll never buy any Samsung product again. They don't stand behind their products.
Lies,deceit and scams. Promotions are a con to persuade you to buy products. Given bogus numbers informed case closed when it is not. After 20 years of using Samsung products I will now be changing to apple. Whole matter reported to trading standards and the press. You treat the disabled so disrespectfully
I bought a OLED directly from Samsung. The TV was delivered on time but the mounting I paid for couldn't happen because Angi couldn't provide proof of workers compensation insurance for my building. In fact Angi support is located in India where nobody had even heard of workers compensation.
I called Samsung support; they were useless. When I finally got the tv installed I couldn't set it up; one unintelligible prompt followed another. When I tried to chat with Samsung that was useless.
I don't even know if I like the TV but Samsung support ranks with Comcast and Verizon.
I purchase a french door refrigerator April 18,2021. It completely died a month and a half later. Trying to contact Samsung was a nightmare! It took at least 3 weeks to get a response which was to wait for a repair in SIX WEEKS. I demanded a new replacement. I received it in July 2021 and started it's problems within weeks. It made intermittent loud noises. I called Samsung and they just gave little information and mostly excuses. Months later, the noises became much louder and more frequent. There were to send a tech. I called myself during one of the noise episodes. I was to receive a call from a tech. They reached me months later after telling me the replacement only had a 90 day warranty. Well...now along with noise, this refrigerator has now died. I spent over an hour on their chat where they repeatedly asked me for the same information which was sent in photos, etc! It was with the same agent. In the end, I received just the address of the same tech! I want to return this poorly made product for a full refund! I have lost many groceries now, twice! This is the worst service and product I have ever received. Run!

Traded in 2 previous Samsung devices on the newest ones, some how both devices had the same damage to them despite being shipped at separate times, carefully packaged in the original packaging, and being impeccable when sent out; this supposed damage resulted in a revaluation of a third the original agreement.
Obviously unhappy, I got into a chat with them the minute I received their email, send off photo and HD video verification of the device condition, and have been trying to plead my case. Took 10 days to get a response, said they give me half the value since I wasn't happy, disregard the proof I sent them, and the fact that they could not even show the supposed damages to the device that they declared the cause for such a substantial price reduction.
I responded immediately, and with great detail; 4 days later, it's still ignored, but they just sent me notice that they went ahead and processed my trade in at the original revaluation!
WTF!? What an absolute scam! Lie about the condition of the device so they can revalue it, then ignore you so you can't even challenge them!
I've sold dozens of my old phones, they're never more than a year old, I know the value I can get, and I got severely screwed by Samsung! I have bought over 2 dozen Samsung smart phones over the years, always top tier, but this is the last!
I bought qled tv for $600 from best buy in october 2020. Recently it broke down. After so many phone calls management agrred to fix for free. A week later i was told that parts to fix tv are not available. So they can not do anything. Could you believe that they can not find parts for their own product? Should tv last only 2 years. I will never buy thier product again.
Purchase a Bespoke 4 doors refrigerator that door colors did not match my color scheme, but I like the idea I could change the door panels to blend in with my kitchen, and have the ability to change the door panels if I changed the color of my kitchen. Although the color that was in stock from Lowes were not my favorite, the sales rep assure me that I can order panels that will match my decor. I ordered the door panels in January 2023. I received status that due to demand, the panels would be delivered April 7th! I told the sales rep who stated the refrigerator was very popular because of the ability to change the door colors. For three months I received updates that my items were still on scheduled to be delivered on April 7,2023. One day before I was supposed to receive my panels, I received an email that the door panels were delayed and I will receive an update in 2-3 business days. WHAT A JOKE! I have talked with Samsung reps by email and phone and the same old answer. Sorry we have escalated your order, and have not heard back from the warehouse! What do this mean? Its okay for me to pay a very large sum of money to purchase a product that I am told and can get accessories, but after purchasing and ordering the accessories OH WELL! Unacceptable. Its best to purchase you another brand/model that you know what you are purchasing. I feel like this has been a bait and switch and its unacceptable Samsung!
SamsungS20FE 5G. From date of purchase, phone would continually lose signal while iphone maintained signal in side by side comparison. It was not the carrier. Phone was taken to authorized service center with no replacement as stated nothing was wrong with it. Same reception problems upon leaving service center area. At that point phone was 3 months old and now approximately a year old, which I still have as trade in value, if any is less than $100. Frustration by poor antenna in this phone and Samsungs refusal to replace, led to purchase of Apple iPhone 6 months ago, with no reception problems since.
Awful customer experience. I bought a new Galaxy Chromebook in January 2023. All was fine but then in a month and a half the chromebook stopped working if not plugged in. Obviously it was a simple fix of replacing the battery or fixing the connection to the battery. I sent it in under warranty twice, with each time them saying "No issues detected" and having them send it back. It would work for maybe a day or two and then the same thing. After sending it back twice with same issue I called Samsung and let them know. They said I had to send it in a 3rd time before I could expect a refund or replacement. So, sent it in for 3rd time and low and behold the repair place says the issue is that it is physically damaged (bid dent, cracked screen, broken motherboard) and that to fix it would be $1600. Now remember, I paid $600 for this new. So after all this, I'm not getting my new chromebook sent back to me as a dead hunk of useless metal. Samsung is offering me no other options. I have been a fairly loyal Samsung customer since the Note 3 (many years), but will no longer be using their products and will be letting all of my friends and family know to be wary of buying anything Samsung since they will not support their products and customers. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
