So, Before I get into the product, I am not going to lie I didn't not check the ratings before I purchased my items, so when I noticed just how low they were I got VERY nervous. I was having huge doubts about it, and my purchase was just a bulk of my favorite lipgloss. At this point I couldn't cancel because I was a few days into the process so I just prayed and hoped that it wasn't a scam. Thankfully my purchase wasn't, They came in a timely manner and every count of the product was there! I'm glad I did because the other option was very pricy compared to this one.
I ordered some O! Studio HD Flawless concealer in March of 2022 and after 4 weeks I did not get the items. I don't live far from the Melrose Park, Illinois facility. I contacted customer service and they stated I would have to file a compliant with the shipper. I contacted USPS ( United States Postal Service) who said the tracking number I gave them was not correct. I contacted Sam's again and was told there was nothing they could do. They sent the package. I waited another week and still no package. I then contacted PayPal who promptly refunded my money. Then I got a notice from Sam's that I could no longer shop with them because of a charge back... I was within my rights to request a refund on goods that I never received. I have been ordering from them since 2016. You lost a loyal customer, I will gladly spend my dollars else where.

They took the money out of my account immediately, and now they're saying they need verification of the billing address, but like why take out the money? And where's my refund. Gonna find a way to escalate this it's horrible.

Poor attitude, very nice store, good sales crew but Dan does not fit he is rude, wants to be correct in retail mistakes happen I get it, but don't be rude and cocky my wife enjoyed shopping there but Dan could not and was not honoring thier mistake so we returned everything and will not patronize your business.

I bought two wigs from this company, and it was a total disappointment and complete waste of money. The description and image of the products I ordered project quality, but the actual products were a total disappointment. The wigs I received were poor qualities, not full at all and shred like flake hairs. Don't waste your money with this company.

Order 1,500 worth of stuff they immediately take it out my account. No product 4 days pass by. Then I get a email saying they will refund my money because I didn't send a utility build in to verify my address. Yall got money but want to verify. That's backwards. I will never ever deal with y'all. I will stick to youngs ga. Never seen people that don't want money. And CEO of the company. Your customer service representatives mouth is to smart and not professional. And short with the customer

I followed the rules that Samsbeauty has in place for lost packages to NO AVAIL. They never refunded me or contacted me about my purchase. I had to escalate my dispute via PayPal. So here we are 45+ days later just receiving closure because of PayPal. Buyer coverage. I warn all to beware of purchasing from a company like this. They will keep your money and ignore you because CLEARLY they are not forced to be accountable. Awful company... buy elsewhere.

However, in order for our customer service team to assist you you will first have to contact the shipping provider. We cannot move forward on our end until a lost package case/claim is filled. This allows the shipping provider to investigate the issue and hopefully find your package. I placed an order about 1 month ago. I spoke with Customer Service Supervisor Josephine who told me no refund can be issued or package sent unless I file lost package with USPS. USPS informed they can not create lost package # because they never received package from Sams Beauty. I have explained this to Josephine who has been extremely rude and condescending, she said I can not have refund or items shipped without lost case number from USPS, which I explained to her several times that USPS can not provide because they never received package. Josephine keeps answering my call, she gets more rude every time… PLEASE HELP

I was trying to place an order during the CYBER20 promotion, and the order did not go through. I called the company and was connected to a woman who identified herself as Alexis and claimed to be a manager. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to honor the 20 percent discount despite the fact that their system failed to put my order through. This woman refused to give her last name when asked and hung up the phone when I asked to be transferred to someone higher up who could assist with this matter. I have placed several online orders with this company in the past, and was totally disgusted with her behavior. This is not how you treat customers. Buyers beware!

Smh, I purchased a wig from the company, and I was so happy when I got the items I ordered but when I open one of my wigs the tracks were coming off the wig and the company doesn't even want to give me a refund or replace the wig with a new one

My address for billing matched my card and shipping was my salon. I called explained and I was told I had to submit verification of a bill with my address. I said no... so I was told o have to wait 3 to 10 days for a refund. It took 10min to take my money. I'm pissed
I order on 9/16 and received my order 9/22. All items received were exactly what I ordered. 1 item was canceled so I called about it. I received great customer service and low hold time and refund for item canceled was already in process. Great experience and low cost hair. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
If you decide to purchase a wig at Sam's Beauty Warehouse in Melrose Park, please know that when you get it home and try it on, it could be an entirely different wig. Wigs and ponytails are final sales and you will not know this until you see your receipt. They would not allow me to try it on in the store and they also would not remove the wig from the package. So when I open the package it was not the same wig, and the wig that I received was not human hair. It actually looked like a mop. I not only lost my money and I have no wig. This company practices bad business and is purposely using the Covid to get rid of there unwanted wigs. Remember the company doesn't care if if you're dissatisfied or if you lose your money so why give them your business.
I made my 1st purchase on Sam's Beauty site which totalled 32.00. The color of the hair I received was much darker than what was on the color chart, so I immediately called the company to ask about a return/exchange for the unopened/unused crochet hair packages. A few days later I was sent an email with the return instructions. I really didn't think the policy would be so strict, so I called and got a rude Customer Service person to verify the details in the return email. Since this was my 1st order, I received free shipping which they said saved me $15 which would be deducted from the $32 (return now $17). Additionally, I would be charged a 30% restocking fee of $9.60 (return now $7.40). I also have to pay return shipping of $7.50 which means I would lose. 10 to return their merchandise which they will turnaround and resale. Needless to say, I will just keep the packages and gift to someone. Be aware of this policy and make sure you order exactly what you want.
I was a bit skeptical ordering seeing all the negative reviews, but ordered anyways due to desperation of needing a cute wig for my birthday event. I was at ease seeing it shipped in a little over a day, and continuously checked the usps app to see when it was coming in.
ITS STILL IN ILLINOIS. It has been days and it has not moved from the illinois post office. I updated it and now my delivery date it tomorrow, but seeing how far i live that's simply unreasonable. I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience. I don't have my merchandise and they took my money! I've never had usps state "acceptance pending" until this package. Please go to a local beauty store, and simply don't order from Sams Beauty. It's not worth the risk, and certainly not worth the loss of money.
I'm a grandmother in desperate need of hair dye, but I almost didn't order from Sam's Beauty because of the negative reviews. I always read reviews because I don't want to get taken by a company that isn't legit. I decided to take a chance since it wasn't an expensive order, and I'm sure glad I did! My package was here in 2 days, exactly what I ordered, and at a great price. I won't hesitate to order from them again.
Overall great experience, paid with PayPal(I would recommend for any online purchases), ordered on a Friday 5/7/2021, picked up my package from my local USPS location on Wednesday 5/12/2021, so basically 2 business days which is amazing for the free shipping.
Where I live the USPS can't deliver packages, they leave a pickup request instead, when I know I'm getting a package I go to the usps website and put a hold mail request on my address and they hold all mail to the date you choice, so once it says it's delivered to your local post office, just go pick it up, in my case I picked my package up a day before my estimated delivery date.
This is my personal experience, this doesn't speak for other people's experiences, I approached this site with caution because of bad reviews but nothing bad happened thankfully. I order online all the time, so I know how to safe gaurd myself.
This company took $60 of my money and never sent me what I purchased. I will never order anything from them again.
