This doesn't even deserve a 1 It took forever to come in and when I finally got it one out of the four things I got fit because that was the only thing I bought extra extra big just incase it didn't fit. Everything turns out to be too small DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I had ordered two wigs over the New year holiday week and was so worried if i would actually get it in the time they had stated in the postage, but that was not only a waste to worry about as it did turn up in that time but it turned up quicker than most packages I get from Australia.

I had a long standing issue with this company and every avenue I tried fell short. Upon seeing these other reviews from people with the same issues as me I dont feel alone in this battle. After doing some searching, I came across this blog from Business Consumer Alliance. It appears they have dug up some information on SammyDress as well. I was able to call and talk to one of the representatives and they expressed their findings to me as well. Here is the link to the article I found. I ordered something in November and it's January. I called about where my package is and the assured me that it got delivered to the post office on the 28th of December. That was a lie. I've emailed them many times but I have not gotten any responses. Basically they stole my money. I know it was only 23 bucks but it's still my money

Terrible clothes and even worse service. Definitely coming from a sweatshop in china. If they send you the wrong size, keep it, since they will require you to provide stupid information and make it soooo difficult until you finally give up. The hoodies are border line felt fabric, it doesn't breathe and you sweat. YES... believe the pricing, you get what you pay for. Can't believe they are still in business. They also have their staff write all the good reviews on their web site as well as this site. I warned you. I could only rate one star since they don't have negative stars.

It was my first time shopping on line and I was a bit nerves with having the items shipped also but all my items came, well rapped and in great condition. It gave me the confidence to do it again and I love it. The clothes, jewellery and handbags are beautiful and cant find them on the high street which just makes it that more fun for every girl.

First time customer and last time customer. I received a damaged top and they want me to pay for the shipping to send back. NOT ON MY WATH BELOVED! The qualify and service from this company sucks. The sizes were way off and I ended up giving most of the merchandise to a friend. The size chart is wrong as two left shoes.!

I came across SD last year via a Facebook Ad, which I'd ignored for weeks before deciding to have a look. Like many I was wary of foreign clothes sites selling fake clothes or with other problems, but I'm so glad I took a chance on this site. Unlike some others, I've actually had minimal problems with the site or their clothes - maybe depends on what you buy as to the quality but I've not had anything yet I would say is substandard. Ultimately though - you get what you pay for sometimes. Their clothes are ridiculously cheap at times and they come via international delivery so could take a couple of weeks. But I found it variable - one order took a month where another took 10 days (to UK), And I've always found their Customer Services great - responses within 24 hrs, polite & extremely helpful. On one item I'd an issue with, a replacement was organised immediately. The only area to be careful on is sizing - they do their best to ensure they provide as much info on getting the right size but ultimately their primary market is Asian so clothes tend to be a much smaller fit than the average UK 12. You just need to read details carefully.
If you want relatively low priced clothes and don't mind waiting for them - give them a try - you might be surprised.
I order a Men's large jacket on December 1st as a Christmas gift for my brother. (ample shipping time) The jacket didn't arrive until December 31st, and after opening the package, realized the jacket was a Women's Large. I tried to contact their "support line", which is a someone's cell phone that was constantly busy or was not answered. $40, down the drain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have had nothing but issues with this site! I have ordered 3 things. The first one looked nothing at all like the picture and was several sizes off. The other 2 I ordered together. Only one was sent with a tracking number I couldn't use even though I paid for it. The second one they shipped out a week or so later again with tracking I couldn't use. I got one of them and again it was nothing like the picture and about 5 sizes off. The 3rd one I never got and I have been running in circles trying to get a refund! I have messaged them I don't know how many times and they absolutely refuse to give a refund. They keep giving me the run around. I opened a case with paypal and they miraculously had a valid tracking number that says it was delivered on the 18th of December. That is news to me! I get a lot of packages and have never had a problem with not getting one. Again they still refuse to give a refund. Then through paypal they offer me a $4.50 refund when the total would be $15.39. I denied it and again appealed the case to paypal. These people are absolutely ridiculous and total scammers! They give you the bull that they are here to help you and want to make things right, just not if it involves issuing you a refund you deserve. Also if they don't feel like talking to you anymore they close the case themselves without things being reslived. Forget trying to return something either because they have a long list of things YOU must to do which is crazy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Sammydress is a site where I know that I can go and buy some jewelry, decor, or even clothing and get a great deal that I would never find in America. There is a long wait for most things, but I've only needed to submit one complaint ticket which received a quick response and they even replaced my purchase within a week! I plan to continue shopping there!

I ordered three items, I only received 1 of the 3. The one I received was very poor quality and wrong size. I have been communicating with someone named Paul in customer service about 8 emails between us and nothing is resolved other then "in good faith we will refund you $7 to your Sammy Wallet"... Seriously? The other two missing items I never received and they claim no responsibility for... they sent me a fake tracking number AFTER I insisted that they weren't addressing the issue of the missing merchandise.

If you kindly look up my original ticket, I attached 3 photos, 1 photo showed the safety pin holding together the "fur" lining... 2 nd picture was of the bottom of the boot I received size 38, third picture is an official conversion shoe size chart. My shoe size in the United States is 8, that was the size I ordered... I will attach the SAME three pictures but you are also not addressing the fact that I paid for 3 pairs of boots and have only received ONE... I am not playing games any longer. This is terrible

SammyDress is an incredible website with a wide variety of clothes, jewelry, shoes and things for the home that are affordable and fashionable. Every shopping experience will be a great one.
It seems like a lot of people have issues with Sammydress, but that wasn't the case for me. I ordered three tops, a skirt and some jewelry and I got everything that I ordered. It all fit and was the same as the picture. A couple of the tops had a bunch of long thread coming from the stitching which was annoying cause I had to cut all of those. But other than that it all was pretty good. I would shop here again. Also it was nice cause I saved like an extra $20 with this promo code I found at http://couponcause.com/stores/sammy-dress/
