I purchase a swimming costumer from Sammy Dress, first of all it took 2 months to arrive, the tracking I paid for didnt work and customer service never gets back to you... the item is a poor reflection of the actual photo, the quality is unbelievable bad, the cut is horrific, the fabric is not swimmer fabric, it is see through all over as it has no lining and the size was absolutely huge. They wouldn't give me a refund even though it was obviously not the size I needed even after I measure myself carefully before ordering, they said they would only give me a refund if I sent it back with tracking details to china which from Australia would cost more than the item itself, even though I sent them photos showing all of these issue, so basically there was nothing I could do even though I purchased with Pay Pal... dodgy company and stock I would NEVER purchase from this company again... be warned..
I gave them my address to mail too almost four weeks ago. They ended up mailing it out about a week and a half ago to the wrong address. Right before I emailed support and their was no response. I ended up emailing them two more times and calling them once but I never heard from them. I used them and refferd them to a lot of people but not anymore. I am very unhappy about this. Not only is my stuff getting mail to the wrong address but this was for my twenty first birthday. I still have not heard back from them either, so I have not gotten my money back either.

I ordered on Dec 28, and website says 8-15 days mailing to US. When I still didn't have the item I contacted customer service. At that point told 10 -45 days. There is a big difference between 8-15 & 10 -45 days. The website doesn't indicate that the item is coming from China when you order. Now 45 days & no shirt yet. I needed it for a gift. If I had known the "real" delivery time I wouldn't have ordered. Who knows if it will ever show up. I hsve filed a complaint with paypal, so will see what happens

Super pissed I spent $60 on this crap I won't even be able to sell at a garage sale for $5.00
I bought 4 items, 2 bathing suits, a dress, and a romper. First off, I only got 3 items shipped to me, with the one bathing suit missing.
The bathing suit I dd receive fits my 4 year old neice, and I ordered a 3x- and let's be real here, my niece wears a 5t. I on the other hand am a size 14, thinking a 3x would fit. Nope, not a chance, and not to mention the fabric is Uber thin and cheap. The dress is practically see thru, and again got a 3x, which surprisingly did fit. The romper was made for a 10yr old. The sizing chart was completely bogus. When I asked for a refund, they said no refunds but they would credit my acct with some crap points to be used on future purchases. When asked about my missing bathing suit, they never responded. They don't answer the phone, nothing. How does this company get away with this? I used my paypal account and will be contacting paypal to see if they can issue a refund and deal directly with the company, since I never received my 4th item. I can't believe I got scammed... I should have known better... smh...

Ordered from this company on Dec 23rd & didn't get my stuff until Feb 9th. I'd probably still be waiting too if I hadn't complained to PayPal after 40 days of waiting. The company replied & asked me to just be patient & that it might take up to 45 days (which is not listed anywhere on their website). They also don't tell you that it's going to be coming from China until after you order. Well that is one SLOW boat from China let me tell ya. Suspiciously, the package I received was postmarked one week before I received it. So either the first one got lost in the mail or they didn't even send it until I complained. The clothing was also smaller than what I had hoped. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

UPDATE - Sammydress keeps contacting me to delete this review, but I won't. They're a horribly run company and the only way to get any kind of response from them is to post on sites like this. I will not take down the review, nor will I accept the credit that they are asking for. The last thing I want to do is pay shipping and handling fees for horrible merchandise that they won't send. I would just have to go through all this nonsense again!

So it seems that Sammy Dress reads these reviews. They FINALLY after months refunded the rest of the money they owed me.
Quick review - I ordered two items. One never arrived. The second was so small it would fit a child - supposed to be an adult Large. I made a complaint at the time and refunded about half what I was owed - only when I made a complaint through PayPal.
Then I got contacted because I posted a bad review of them on this site. All of a sudden the refunded the rest of my money to PayPal and said that they'd reward me with coupons to their site if I upgraded my review on their site.
So here's the deal - keep posting and keep rating them poorly wherever you can. Twitter, Facebook, this site - maybe they'll finally refund your money too. I'm not going to change my rating though, Sammy Dress, you can keep your coupons -there's not a chance in the world I'd want anything from your crappy site.

180+ days still haven't received my order, they tell me to wait,call the post office ya right call the post office and ask them where the shipment is with no tracking number? I would have ordered a lot more from this place good thing it's only $13 I'm losing out on BUYER BEWARE and to top it off I was communicating with them thru facebook to find out where the order is and they blocked me read other reviews before ordering
UPDATE 3-11-16....I never did receive my order however I was offered a refund and advised it had been posted back to my card, the only bad thing about that it is I tossed the card after using (one of those pre-paid ones) so I cant verify the refund is actually there but trust they did what they promised to do. Very dissapointing experience I was hoping to purchase more items from them I would think they would change their shipping methods with so many people not receiving product perhaps they stuck the shirt I ordered in a bottle and threw it into the ocean to save on shipping costs the other thing I have found a wary of is the same shirts they advertise as sammydress are not being advertised under a different company name on facebook fortunatly it was only $13 lost
4/28 Well I finally received my adult large shirt, wasnt even close to fitting me gave it to the 10yr old kid next door should fit him, I do have to say although the pictures of the clothes they have look nice NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything that places ad's on face book also I think this company goes by dresslilly.com

Not a very good site, although I do not thinks that it is a scam. I did buy some things from there for my wife. It took a long time to get it all with several different shipping days, and the product is very inferior. Sizes do not match up to American size. Spend the difference elsewhere to get what you want.

SammyDress seems to get many orders and I believe that they get overwhelmed and its hard for them to handle. Prices are great, and quality is ok. They really do try to make it right, it just takes time. If you don't mind waiting, you will be ok. If your in a rush, go to the mall. I would say give then at least a month to deliver. WARNING, multiple items may come in separate deliveries.

Horrible! I should have known you can't buy the beautiful dresses you see in the photos for those prices. I ordered a medium dress for my daughter and it was a joke. It wasn't even finished being put together. There were no hems and the lace wasn't sewn down and the size was for a child. What a joke. Don't waste your money!
