After placing an order I received one piece of the order. I never received a tracking number. I made several attempts with the "live chat" to resolve and was mysteriously disconnected before any resolution was made. The prices are great, but you get what you pay for and sometimes, not even that. Good luck.
I do not recommend. Contrary to their statement customer service is not important and paying for expedited shipping is a joke. I have waited over a week and my order is still in processing. I opened a ticket and did not receive any response as promised within 24 hours. I want a full refund and I am sure I won't get a response to that either.
This is an awful website. They have no support. I have sent three emails with no response from them at all. Just sent another email asking for a refund as I will no longer be needing the item. I have ordered many things online and never had such a horrible experience. This company has NO customer service of any kind. Order from them and you run the chance of wasting your money.
I spent about $60. I ordered 4 items. 2 dress shirts, 1 Polo and 1 Blazer. All of them came Rolled up in one 8 1/2 x maybe 12 bag! Needless to say, the Blazer was wrinkled. The shirts are sized like they were for a large child, (I ordered Large) the quality wasn't the best and there was no receipt/packing slip in the package. Basically nothing fit but the blazer. And barely. I wrote them for an exchange or refund and they did reply right away but. Get this, They told me " why not give to friend as gift, we'll give you $5 as refund" Um, What?! So I wrote back a few times stating that was unacceptable and not professional and they said shipping was too expensive so I'd have to pay for return shipping and they also would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I told them I put the shirts folded back on the original bag with tags and didn't even wear 2 of them ( just saw the size). After the shipping cost, 15% restocking fee and not to mention gas to the post office, my refund would probably be very small. I may have to wind up either selling on eBay or disputing with my credit card company which is what I recommend others doing because It will be the one of the only thing that may get them to change short of a class action lawsuit! Rated two stars and not one because I DID receive the items ( took ONE full month and they were Somewhat as described.) Avoid for now
I ordered many clothes on June11th.
I paid an extra 86$ for expedited shipping within three days.
Have written and receive at least twelve replies.
Today we are July 1st it is still not shipped!
Also they asked me for a picture of my debit and credit car how insane and not normal is that.
Completely unorganized an unprofessional.
All of the clothes I bought do not fit - they are all smaller than regular US sizes... which is understandable. However, you are supposed to be able to return clothing to Sammydress but customer service makes it impossible. I'm still trying to return items but they keep asking for more things - like pictures of me in the clothes that are too small. What kind of company does that? I have yet to be able to return the clothing that I purchased. I keep getting the runaround.

Ordered almost a month ago and my order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contacted customer care many times. Their latest reply stated that they will send me the part of my order that is ready. Four days later and this hasn't been sent. Will I ever receive my order?
I ordered two dresses and a bathing suit. They said it would take 3-5 days to process and 3-7 days to ship cause I got expedited shipping. Well... a week went by and I called and called and called, finally getting ahold of a chinese person which I couldn't even hear because of the terrible connection. It took them like 3 days to answer me on email and didn't even give me straight answers. They never refunded me after they said multiple times that they would. Its been a month and i got one item that i told them to ship and i told them to refund the others which they haven't! I am so mad at this company! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The item I did receive was too small so thats just great... This is definitely a scam! There is $77 that went to waste from my pocket...

Second try at writing this review, as it wiped my first (possibly as I didn't star it at all!)... Waited 1 1/2 mths, still waiting, apparently 28 days in the post! With no responsibility accepted by company if not delivered. Won't use again, I think it's a con.

I've done several orders on sammydress.com already and it always went great! The support is very toughtfull, the prices are the best and the itens is to die for! Everything is beatutifull and well made.
Some itens come from different parts of the world, so it took some time to deliver (that is not their fault, remember that).
The only thing is that you should check on the online chat (pre-sale) if the item you want is really in stock, cause on hot sale season things went out of stock very fast and hasn't got their status updated right away. Buy with confidence!
Beautiful clothes and jewelry for a great price. My only complaint is it takes so long for them to ship the items out.
First time buying something from a foreigner site and I was quite worried about that. But I'm glad I chose Sammydress for my first experience! They have so many wonderful products on their site that I ended up buying more than I could lol. It took more time than I expected to receive my order but thanks to the fabulous custom service they have, they always gave me a quick reply and offered a resend or refund in case I didn't get my package. I got my order safely though! And I'm very satisfied with the products and the store overall! Look forward to buy from there again!
Love this website sammydress.com! A lot of great items at great prices! Shipping does take awhile but that expectation is given before you place the order. I have ordered three times through them and will definitely order again.
I ordered a long sleeve collared shirt for my son, when my package arrived it was a short sleeved shir, I contacted them and I was advised to send a photo which I had in my original email but they said they couldn't see it, so this goes on for approx 6 times in the end they asked me to take a photo of the sku# on the wrong item so I took photo s of the front and back of the tag and guess what no sku # so now they are saying that they can't prove that it's the wrong item even though I provided them with the sku# of the item I originally ordered, so in a nut she'll they are telling me that I am lying and only offered to lay back $5 instead of the $12 I paid. I urge people NOT to deal with this company as you won't get what you ordered and they lay the blame on you
Sammydress is the WORST! I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. I ordered a bikini, then did some digging and found that they have a HORRIBLE track record - zero communication, not filling orders, not providing the correct items if they do decide to ship anything, etc...
I paid extra for the expedited processing and shipping. After a week I had not received any correspondence, not even an order confirmation. The only thing I received was an email receipt from Paypal saying my transaction had been completed. I logged into the sammydress account and somehow my order history had mysteriously disappeared, as though I had never placed an order to begin with. I submitted a "ticket", inquiring about my order - I received an automatic reply saying it would be answered within 24 hours... I'm not going to hold my breath.
I called the customer service number provided on the website, several times... It will ring a few times, then disconnect me. I tried the 24 hour livechat option on the website, waited over 30 minutes for someone, then I got impatient and closed the window.
I also read on their site that if an item is out of stock, they will issue a PARTIAL refund... how is that right? If they can't fill an order they need to issue a FULL refund.
Beyond disappointed, please don't waste your time or money on this scam site.

Sammydress is personally my favorite website to shop for fashion. They sell the cutest things for the cheapest prices. Sammydress has earned my trust since everything they delivered was on time (or early) and in perfect condition. Also, they regularly send me promo codes through email, so I save a lot of money using sammydress.
