Sammy Dress is an online shopping site that offers a wide variety of of unique clothing for its worldwide customers. I am very pleased by all of the styles offered. The clothes that I ordered are all beautiful with unique designs that I know no one else around me will have. Although some of my clothes were smaller than expected I was still able to get into them. The only downsides are that most of the clothes are "one size", the shipping cost is pretty high, and that it takes a while to be delivered. My order came exactly one month after I ordered it which is actually quicker than some of the reviews I read, so I didn't really mind it. Also with shipping it's just as much as I would spend at a store in the US so I don't mind that too much either. I will continue to order from SammyDress, but I will be more selective with my choices.

I ordered 10 products from this site and i was informed that 2 of the products were no longer in stock. I then requested that they send the remnant 8 items anyway. I placed my order for the items on the 11th of June 2014 and i received the items on the 28th of June 2014. I was surprised that the items i received were of good quality and that they appeared as per the pictures present in the site. ( as i had heard from many online reviews of this site that the quality of the products were really poor i was expecting the products i received to be the same but they were actually very light and comfortable to wear) the sizes of some of the tops however were slightly tighter than i thought they would be, but i still enjoyed wearing them as they looked good when i wore them. I am however yet to receive the two tops that they stated were out of stock. Overall I was most satisfied with their level of customer service and the products delivered i would definitely place another order with this company."

Stay away, this website is a scam. Please read my complaint I have written to Sammy Dress;
I'm extremely disappointed with such poor service you provided, yet again! I doubt I will make another purchase with you as the level of incompetence in this company is disgraceful. You really should be ashamed of yourselves for your lack of coordination. Again, many items are missing from my order. A pair of shoes (apricot and rose gold ones, size 40) are 2 sizes smaller than the ones I ordered as they are 36 (as in pic), the pair of jeans in the order are most definitely NOT a UK size 8 (M) as stated as I am a perfect size 8 and these feel like a (S) size 6(as in pic), the pink and chequered shoes in size 39 are terribly small and are most definitely NOT size 39 and finally the white and black dress is most definitely NOT a UK size 8 (M) as it is so tight! Oh and 1 more thing, 4 items are still missing from my first order I placed about 3 months ago and you have made no effort to resolve this issue or issue me with a refund! These items did not say out of stock when I placed my order and you took my money, then claimed they are out of stock! I can't tell you how furious and disheartened I am that I've spent good money and received such appalling standards. Do you actaully care that your customers who give you their hard earned cash are treated with such disregard? I expect you to pay for postage to send these items back to you but will I have to wait months and months for you to correct this if you ever do? I really hope you resolve this immediately. If you do not deal with this adequately, I will be posting this complaint as much as I can on the internet, facebook and twitter. I also will be writing to Trading Standards. Just to think I have been recommending your site, I will certainly be warning people about you from now on.

La verdad es que yo personalmente he tenido una buena experiencia en sammydress, lo unico malo que podria encontrar es que se demoran mucho tiempo los productos en llegar considerando que el costo de envio es alto, pero bueno, nada es perfecto, he tenido la suerte de que todos mis productos han llegado en buen estado y la calidad es muy buena (joyas, bolsos y relojes, nunca he comprado ropa porque no me tinca mucho) gracias sammydress!

When i was new to this site, i experienced difficulties, this disappear as i become acquainted with what the site stood for, which is greater value for its customers.
In terms of quality of items, they are one of the best online shop.
In terms of price, they are the best.
In terms of shipping, they rank high ranked.
The area they need to improve more is on processing time.
They should remove out of stock materials in other to reduce the processing time.
Overall, anyone that understand this site, will always give them 5 stars.

People be aware!, never ever order from this website, this website site sucks. I ordered a good looking jewelry from this site and they charged as soon as I ordered. After a week I called the customer service but the phone number didn't work, the next time I called them, they finally picked up the call and asks my order number, and finally understands it, and says sorry we don't have the item you ordered. What the hell these people were doing if they didn't have my item on stock till they charged me or till the time I called. Once I called, then she said do you want to cancel your order or order something else? They just took my money and decided not deliver? I have experienced this bad situation I wish you be safe.
