I like the sammydress, I have become a regular customer, and hope for the future of mutually beneficial cooperation. Prices for many goods I like variety too. I used to buy on other sites, but comparing some of the prices, conditions and offers on your site, doing to buy mostly on your site. I have some suggestions to improve the site and (expanding) range. If you are interested I can share my thoughts.)) The quality of purchased goods sammydress be nice, I am satisfied.

I like the prices I love the cloths but it takes to long to get your order

Mi experiencia con SammyDress ha sido bastante buena, mejor de lo que me esperaba.
Me compré un anillo muy sencillo a muy bajo precio, con envío gratuito. Unos días después comenzó un concurso de "Spinning Wheel" y me gané además de puntos S, un par de collares. Para ambos casos pensé que la probabilidad que llegarían a mi domicilio los productos eran mínimas, así que no me hice ilusiones.
Después de 20 a 25 días hábiles, llegaron mis collares y el anillo, por lo que quedé sorprendida y muy satisfecha la verdad.
Es por eso que decidí seguir comprando en SammyDress, hace poco hice una orden y espero lo mejor del servicio. Entiendo que se demora, después de todo el envío es desde China a Chile, un país que la mayoría no conoce, en otro continente, así que para mi no hay mucho problema.

I LOVE Sammy Dress! The clothing is reasonably priced. I always get my items quickly with fast a cheap shipping! I love their wide variety if chic clothing, jewelry, handbags, and shoes! I will continue to order from Sammy Dress to fill my closet with the latest fashions they have to offer!

They're very fast with their customer service and their reward system is quite fair the more you think about it. The only downside is that some products are not as accurate as the listing and order tracking is almost pointless as they often use one that does not update often or have much detail, thus you'd still lack an estimate as to when your order will arrive.
Regardless, for the prices, I believe it's worth it and look forward to becoming a long term customer :)

Occasionally, there is an imaged product that is not 100% accurate to the actual, but I can overlook this for the price I pay. Some products are actually repeated when browsing but most times, the price is unchanged.
Also, when choosing a tracking code, it is not very detailed/updated often so it is almost pointless to select as you would still have no idea when the product will actually arrive.
They're very fast and clear with customer service and their reward system is fair and I look forward to being a long time customer :)

I ordered from sammydress with some hesitation... reviews weren't promising. I thought it arrived as indicated. I ordered on a saturday and it arrived on the second friday (so an 13 days wait). I ordered 2 watches one was better than expected the other one was slightly off colour (golden instead of pink golden) the shoes were perfect, they don't pinch or cut anywhere. The last item was a dress the quality is nice but it is too short, i plan to wear it as a top because it is still nice.

I know there're alot of horror stories about SammyDress but I've been ordering different products since last year and everything came in perfect conditions. Quality is good although some times the product is not identical as the picture but close enough to keep me satisfied. Delivery time it's great but keep in mind that some times it may take longer due to holidays or special offers. My last order was a white dress for my engagement party and I'm really pleased with the product.

Despite all the negative reviews on this website, I'm going to give my most honest opinion. SammyDress did ask me to write this, however I am stating my honest opinion. I'm a 16 year old girl and an avid online shopper. I found SammyDress a long while ago and had ordered from this site through a different account. I received my order fairly quickly since it was one item

Fast Forward to August 05,2014. I placed a massive order of 20 items which totaled around $166, which wasn't such a bad price. Since I had used a coupon giving me a discount on my total price, which would have been around $170-$180. I was originally quite stressed out with this site, since my order had taken a while to process. I had opened up a ticket and e-mailed SammyDress asking when my items would ship out. I had to respond about 20+ times and each time there would be someone on the other end to respond within 24 hours. I'd say their customer service online was a 3/5 since I did have to open numerous tickets for my questions to be answered. Because I had such a large order, my package had to be divided into three shipments which I had absolutely no problem with. I received my first one about a week and a half later, I was thrilled since it was delivered by DHL. I also received my second package just recently. Two packages out of three within a month! I had chosen flat rate shipping and was surprised how quickly I got my items. My last package has not shipped out yet due to the unavailability of the items, but to be fair this site does have thousands upon thousands of orders, so please don't go complaining that your order is still processing. You do have every right to, but complaining will not get you your items any quicker. Many also complain about the quality, but to be fair you are also paying for what you get. That's exactly why prices are so low. If you want great quality items please shop elsewhere. A tip if people do shop off the site: *ALWAYS CHECK SIZE CHARTS* ALWAYS! NO MATTER WHAT. Check size charts, they're going to be your best friend. I swear. Honestly for each clothing item the size chart is different. Please check them! Happy shopping!

I ordered 8 times on sammydress(about 24 items). I'm satisfaid of mostly of the orders. 1 of them never arrived, but it not depends of sammydress and their Support center are really great! They give me back the money very quickly. I really love the dresses on this website, there are a lot of choice. The quality is good, there are just a bit of mess up with the sizes sometimes, because the unique size is conceived for a chinese girl (it's like an european size 34-36). The prices are very attractive also. The shipping cost is sometimes expensive, but I expect this because the product came from China to Europe. Totally reccomend this website.
