The sammydress site is very good. First the price, which is always fair and very good for those who want to be trendy and do not want to spend much. Although not my country, the site has the option to translate to my language and my local currency (R $). When I found the site I was worried if my order would indeed arrive, but once the first arrived, I could not stop buying the site because I loved the service and everything was as planned. Every time I have a question, I always respond attendants so my questions are answered. I love to be browsing the site in search of offers and new products. All products bought from the site (they are over 15) are gorgeous, unique and exclusive. I recommend to everyone.

I've already done more than I order and I have introduced Sammy Dress to friends and they also already did some orders, and I haven't got any problem so far. The articles were exactly like the picture, and for the price they are pretty good articles... fashionable and worthy.
They took around 1 month to arrive to Portugal, but they arrived in perfect conditions.
SammyDress has also a very good costumer service, if you have any doubts you can contact them and they will answer in 24 hours or less, which is very good.
I'm very happy with their service.

I've made a total of 9 orders from Sammydress so far, and I'm planning several more. I found the site through Tumblr where it was recommended for its low prices yet decent quality and the large assortment of free shipping items. I can honestly say after 9 orders I have nothing to complain about so far! I've ordered just about anything; from coats to blouses and accessories to a wig, my latest purchase. Half of those orders came with free shipping, and even with shipping costs the products are still cheaper than local stores. With an insane amount of products and an easy to navigate site I think I've found my shopping homebase c':

They have funky items for cheap but be aware that the turn around time is slow. I had to reach out to them when my order was "still processing". They got back to me within the day though. Love the jewelry and tights, the swim suit is a little tight but for the cost not too bad. Recommendation for SammyDress: have a free shipping option once a certain limit is hit. I spent over $200 and had to pay A LOT for shipping. And still waiting on some of the items that got shipped separately. (Ordered 8/5 it's 9/3 and counting)

Everything I've ever ordered from this site has arrived in good shape. The clothing is exactly as pictured. Mind you, their "one size" is roughly a small. The only issue I have with this site is their shipping prices/time. There's no reason my shipping should be half of what my order is. And 3 weeks to get my items AFTER they ship is a little outrageous.

So, Sammydress isn't exactly the most perfect online store, but after my purchase, I was a fan of the site. The package came earlier than I expected, and customer service was helpful with giving me information of my purchase.

The items were also of pretty nice quality, and were exactly as shown in the pictures of the site. My only problem, however, is that the paint on the rings easily fade of, but it's a minor thing.

Overall, not the worst shopping experience I've had.

I have made 3 different transactions with Sammy Dress and I plan to keep doing business with them. They have a unique selection of clothing and the prices are amazing! For a collage student on a budget, like myself it is perfect, but the range of style are for those both younger and older.

For anyone who uses the website, they have to understand that your items will NOT come in the standard 3-5 business days. As this whole sale website is international on has to be willing to wait a little bit and the website is very clear on that so it can not be said that the customer is so called having bad customer service because of the wait. If you order from the website just think of waiting for Christmas to come in the mail. You have to wait, but it's well worth it.

The sizing on the website is something that also must be taking into consideration when ordering. The cloths has a size chart so recommend that everyone please convert their US sizes before ordering that way their is no confusion. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, if you want your items faster then pay for the extra fast shipping. However, the site should work a little better on showing customers how to track their items as it is not completely clear on the website. But the tracking is available.

The customer service actually surprised me as they where a lot quicker than I had expected when an item I had orded was out of stock. They retuned my money with in a few business days and responded well to all my inquires. I however can not comment of their return policy or experience as I have yet to experience it.

As a whole I am a very happy customer with Sammy Dress. I ware the items I have bough from them as a constant in my fashion style and I can not wait to I may my next purchase.

I have good experience with sammydress.com. All orders I placed were delivered on time without any great problems. When there was something the customer service help out and found a solution. I will order again by sammydress.com there are so many good thing.
And for the cheap price it's very good quality.

I buy so many clothes from Sammy dress, they are my go-to place for anything because they are just so cheap! That being said the customer service is polite but fairly unhelpful, I think perhaps because they don't fully understand complicated requests.
While I love this site for its prices do not buy from here if:
1. You are even slightly taller or larger than average non- Asian. Their sizes are VERY small
2. You get frustrated at bad service
3. You can't bear badly made clothes. It's cheap, that's what you're gonna get
4. You're in a hurry. Their shopping times are accurate, but it takes a long time before they even ship it.

Very satisfied with my purchases sammydress are very responsible with the orders sell items of good quality and very good price...
