"I work in customer service, so normally I don't complain about a company unless I've had a truly terrible experience. I ordered a purse from Sammydress in late August, my payment was taken out of my paypal account. 3 weeks later my order is still processing. I email Sammydress to ask why this is and they tell me the purse I ordered is out of stock. This is completely infuriating! I understand that things happen but to have to waiting for 3 weeks and never letting me know that my item was out of stock is completely unacceptable. What would have happened if I hadn't contacted? I shouldn't have to be my own advocate and ask where my items that I paid for are. I don't know why I was charged for an item that wasn't in stock, that's completely ridiculous. Now I have to wait to have my money refunded over a month after I've placed my order. This is my first order from sammydress, and I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself money and frustration and DO NOT order from this website! The cheap prices are not worth it!"

I have placed two orders through the website. The tracking number does not work, and I have sent two emails regarding one order that has been processing for TWO WEEKS. I have heard nothing and will be requesting a refund ASAP! Do not use this site.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience shopping on Sammy Dress. All their items are well described and shopping is made even easier with all the shoppers' reviews and photos. I ordered 6 necklaces and a set of rings and have loved and worn all of them several times. I get so many compliments it's crazy!

My favorite part about Sammy Dress are the S Points you receive for buying items, taking photos and leaving reviews. It's like I'm getting rewarded to shop but the incentives are much higher than ebay.

I ordered two outifits and a body chain on sammy dress and got it in a week the total cost was $25 i really love my outfits and i will be purchasing more items soon :)

TOO BAD A RESPONSE NOT SATISFIED,,, FEEL LIKE CHEATED...

My shopping experience with Sammydress was horrible. I ordered two products in June. They coolly accepted the credit and even after a month there was no response. Later when I enquired I was told the products are out of stock and they asked me to wait, when in comparison with this other websites inform you whether the product is in stock or out before placing the order and do not proceed the checkout transactions. I got my first product after three months and for the second product they told me it is still out of stock, so I can keep waiting or exchange it with some other product. The product that I received was too small for me. I placed an order for XL size and they sent me a S [small] size one. THE FUNNIEST PART OF IT IS THE OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT IS STILL EXHIBITED AS AVAILABLE.

I cannot seem to get a hold of customer service for them... I ordered 4 things a week before Labor Day and still have not received it. They then told me my package had been shipped the day after Labor Day and it is still not here. AND I one thing is not being shipped because they are waiting to see if they get more in. HOW can you get a hold of them... The number I call is just busy and busy. I also sent in a ticket and have not heard anything back from them. I am a bit frustrated at this point.

THE BEST ONLINE WHOLE-STORE SITE EVER! For years I have been online window shopping on this site. Now that I have actually made my first "large" order i'm very pleased with everything. Shipping and processing takes a while, that's the only downfall, but for the quality and price of the items it's worth the wait. Not to mention their costumer service, they have always responded with thorough answers and in a timely matter it's phenomenal and I couldn't ask for more.! GREAT SITE I RECOMMEND!

My first order with Sammydress was great, the product was amazing! The second order there was a trouble with the zip so I had to unpick and redo some of it so the playsuit would fit right. The last order I had with Sammydress there was a problem over some out of stock items which were in the end refunded along with the shipping price so thanks Sammydress. Overall because of the cheap price I think it's worth the buy, but don't expect everything to be perfect or really speedy :)
