My experience with Sammy Dress has been for the most part good. Due to moving, I have only received one of my orders. I am very happy with the dress I received and their prices are very affordable. The shirt I ordered for my son was too small, so I am still working on trying to exchange/return it. The sizes for men seem to run a lot smaller than U.S. sizes.

According to the post office I will never receive my other order because it can not be forwarded due to the type of package it is. I have contacted customer service at Sammy Dress regarding my order and they are re-shipping it. Thank goodness I had requested a tracking number on this package, otherwise I would be waiting longer for them to re-ship. That would definitely not have made me happy.

I have submitted several tickets to their customer service and they have been very helpful and they do get back to you within the 24 hours that is stated. Submitting a ticket is the best way to contact their customer service for help with your order.

Also, there are always promo codes posted online that can be used for additional discounts which is great. Once you receive your order, you can also submit a review of the product on their website and earn discount points that can be used towards future purchases.

My advice when ordering from Sammy Dress is to always pay a little extra and request the tracking number for your package. Also, I might pay a little more for shipping in the future rather than the cheapest one. "

At first I was skeptical to buy something in this website but we I found the prices the selections and plus sizes they got me hooked I buy a bathing suit that suit me really well and the gain a loyal costumer.

I heard about SammyDress from some Youtube Gurus and I knew I had to try it out. I was a bit nervous about the mixed reviews from other shoppers, but the prices were just, too good to pass so I gave them a try. BEST decision ever! Quality were superb & was very surprised that they were better quality that some of the stores in the mall. Material quality is very important to me when it comes to low priced item let alone from China, but I am in love with this site. Will forever be shopping here :)

I recently ordered a shirt and necklace from SammyDress. I was pleased that the items arrived within two weeks. The necklace looked just like the picture but is very cheap quality, which is what you should expect when you pay $2 for a necklace, so I'm still pleased with the necklace, but the shirt I ordered is completely different from the picture. It was pictured as a nice sage green with cream, but the shirt I received in the mail was an ugly, bright, key lime with white. Needless to say, I won't be wearing that shirt :/

Sammydress is a great fashion store and I simply love it. I bought one of my favorite bathing suits for my summer vacation through Sammydress and a first I was skeptical about my order not coming in. It took a while for my product to come it but that's understandable since it's located in another country.

Once my bathing suit came in, I was in love. It was just as the picture described it and it fit me perfectly. I will definitely keep buying at Sammydress."

This company has been great for it has never deceive their customers on the products that theysold. I purchased a dress and I have received it on the condition design and color that they represents on the pictures posted on their website. Though it has taken almost a month to arrived here in the philippines it is worth it because I am very satisfied with my purchased. Please be guided for the filipinos who will purchased that the philippine post will charge custom duties and tax. But for only a small amount. I have paid 50pesos for the dress that i purchased but i tell you all that once you saw your purchased youay want to buy from sammy dress over and over again. Thumbs up sammy dress!

I'll NEVER shop at SammyDress again. Received my merchandise and the sizing was horrible! I bought 1X and the dress might fit a 10 year old girl. The shipping took over 20 days (due to being shipped from out of country) and the material of the items bought was cheap and flimsy. You get what you pay for. I contacted them several days ago to see what I can do about returning the items but you have to cover the shipping yourself. Shipping overseas probably will cost as much as the dresses. I guess I will find a 10 year girl to give the dresses to.

Do not use them! I placed an order and waited a few weeks before checking on it and it still hadn't shipped so I told them to cancel. Then I waited the full 10 business days to check on the refund; they hadn't even cancelled the order and it still hadn't shipped. Finally got the order cancelled and had to wait another few weeks for the refund.
