A few months ago I received a free overnight tote with my purchase. I used it for the first time on an overseas trip and IMMEDIATELY BOTH zipper pulls broke in half! That was, like their crinkled cotton blouse, and a lot of their stuff, absolutely CHEAP!

For a company that CATERS to the PLUS SIZE woman they REFUSE to use plus size models, using rail thin bean poles instead... and they can't take the criticism either... they block you from their Facebook page if you talk about it!

You ask about it and they say, "we are looking for more robust women" they have been saying that for years AND they say that they have "tried but sales go down" BULL!

This is a cheap company that does not care at all about the women they cater to!

The site is reliable, my first order arrived in the Netherlands fine, within a month I think. Most of the things on the site are cheap and I like that they have reviews so that you can see what the actual item looks like (because most are cheaper reproductions of what is shown in the official pictures and may not directly correspond). Customer service reps are responsive but sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier and they don't always 100% understand what you are requesting.

However, with my second order the items were out of stock for weeks and I've had to change my order, I hope they will send my things out soon!

I was first skeptical about ordering from Sammy Dress, however I decided to order anyway because I saw a review from someone on youtube who I figured I trust, because I watch their beauty and hair care tips all the time. I took a shot and ordered 1 item to be safe. The date that I ordered my item was 9/11/14 I received an email that my order has been shipped on 9/19/14 I have yet to receive it. I checked the tracking number per DHL website it was sent via DHL. I checked DHL's website today they have no record of the tracking number. I feel as though sammydress.com is a scam or it takes month for it to be sent to you. I would not recommend sammydress.com to anyone if it is too good run far away. I would rather shop elsewhere than here.

I ordered a bag from SammyDress and had a mixed experience. The bag was as expected from the website, true to the pictures and of good quality. I love it. However I think SammyDress should redo their shipping times descriptions. It took much, much longer than I was led to expect from their shipping options. Customer service is also difficult to get hold of but once they (finally) do get back to you, they are very helpful.

I ordered a pair of boots 21 days ago. Not only have they not arrived yet, I have not received the promised email containing the tracking number (for which I paid extra.). Therefore I cannot track my parcel's whereabouts.
I have submitted several tickets to the so-called customer service and all I get back is an automated response to say they have replied to my ticket WHICH THEY HAVE NOT!
I am getting worried now as the process is just going round in circles.
When you go on the website there is a phone number but it's so small as to be unreadable! It's a joke that they claim customer satisfaction to be their priority.
Anyone any suggestions?

My experience with SammyDress was good. I was most excited about the date the products arrived. They said it'd arrive in 3 months, but 20-30 days after it was already at my home! Great deal!

The products, though, are the problem. They show beautiful in pictures, but in real life it's always a little different. I bought a watch and I can't use it, because it's broken and ripped. It's sad, because it's beautiful, but the quality is very, very low.

Besides that, it's great! Love and planning to buy again soon.
