I wish I had never heard of this company. I ordered my items on Monday (10/20/14) and I'm seeing all these horrible reviews and I'm like, oh no, not me too! This website is the worse I've ever heard about in my life. And the fact that my girlfriend wanted to get me 2 hoodies and paid for the items from her credit card makes it worse. I could deal w/it if it came from my own account, but I feel completely responsible. I can't get in contact with anyone. I knew I shouldn't have ordered when I saw it had a "chat" session for questions. The phone rings busy all the time, and it's just an all around bad experience. I doubt I'll get my items but I'm gonna get my refund one way or another.
I have really enjoyed shopping at SammyDress! The costumer service is quick and very helpful and prices of the products are affordable. Only disappointment are the shipping costs to europe...
SammyDess have so many lovely items so I will purchase again in the near future and I do recommend others to shop at their site as well!

Spent $148 on the site. None of the clothing that arrived looked like the items I ordered. For example I ordered a black dress but received what basically looked like a witch costume. The fabric was COMPLETELY sheer (the dress looks like it was sewn out of pantyhose. That's how sheer!), poor stitching and the neckline was completely different!
Don't waste your money! The only items that were somewhat similar were the scarves.
Sammy Dress has great deals... however, when describing fit and showing size information, I feel that it does not do justice to items.
Also, I am disappointed in the cost of shipping and the difficulty to exchange sizes.
I spent over $60 on shipping and 4 items of clothing, that based off of my size and their sizing guide, do not fit (are too small through the shoulders and chest). Although the customer service was kind and attentive, they stated I would have to pay for shipping to return the shirts and to receive the exchanged shirts, a process that would most likely take 2 months to complete. They compensated me a total of $6 (20%) of my clothing order...

Overall I love their products. I saw a dress advertised on Facebook and had to have it. When I saw the low prices I couldn't believe it. Other reviews have complained about the sizing and shipping time. Fortunately I knew the site was Chinese based and the sizes would run small, I'm 5'2" myself. I picked my size based on that and they're perfect. It would have been nice if the shipping was faster, but you have to be reminded it's coming from China. I will order again and will plan better for the time it takes with the shipping.

I'm a regular customer and very happy with Sammy Dress. When my recent order did'nt arrive, I received a quick response and resolution from Customer Support. I was offered a refund or they will resend my order if I pay for postage, but I decided on a refund which they did not hesitste. I trust Sammy Dress and their honesty.
This was my first experience with Sammy Dress, the items did take some time to arrive. When I finally got the products I was very happy with the quality, just need to be aware of the sizing since the one size is very small. I would do business again definitely, just need to put aside the right amount of time for the products to arrive.
Overall sammydress.com is awesome. Great prices on clothes and shipping. Even though the orders come from China. I would most definitely recommend this website and I WILL be shopping here again!
I ordered from them a while back and I don't know who gave them a good review with my account, but the clothes suck. They look nice on the computer, but once you get the clothes they don't look like the same items. The material they use is cheap. The pants are made for short people. I bought my clothes in a size bigger just in case they were cut small and they were still too small. This site is a rip off. No one should buy from them EVER!
I already bought some products in SammyDress and worth it! The customer service is excellent, one of the purchases had problem with sending here in Brazil but they reimbursed me and I could buy another product, great!
I have had 5 orders so far with SammyDress. I do believe the price and selection is worth the wait. I decided to cancel one order and got a full refund very quickly. I have done exchanges with sold out items without a problem, and also needed to modify an order too, all very easy with the help of staff via e-mail. I know sometimes you have to wait a very long time, but you can have fast shipping filtered into your results. My next order will be a fast one so I will post back with a new review!

I ordered from the store only once for now, but overall I am satisfied with the experience.
The prices are very cheap and you have to remember that you get what you pay for. The Chinese sizes are smaller so always check the measurement before you buy any clothing! (and be prepared that it might not fit anyway)
Besides that, this site is also great for belts, bags, beauty supplies, anything that is unrelated to size.
Their service is nice, a few items were out of stock but they offered alternatives/refunds, and replied to my questions quickly.
The shipping took a while, as always with seller from China, so I understand.
Excellent site, with fair prices and quality products, cherishes the client what I think is most important, I live in Brazil and as happened in the 2014 World Cup here there were delays in delivery but the site gave me all the support and engaged so my request came to me assuring my refund if he had a problem!

I am really disappointed with the Sammydress team. I really liked the dress I ordered. Its been 2 months now, they say that its already been dispatched however I never recieve it, not sure whose fault it is.
