I bought 2 dresses in 2 different orders and then read the reviews after and was scared things would go wrong. However, I had a pleasant experience. My orders shipped within 3 days of purchasing them and I received the dresses in about 3 weeks. I see everyone complaining that the package takes a long time to receive, and yes it does. BUT the company warns you it will take a while, but the wait is worth it. The dresses were a bit too short but I wear them as big shirts with my leggings. They were a cheap price and I am very happy with the quality and service.

I recommend this store... my items were the same i ordered and same as photos... and costumer service was very helpful and response fast

The customer service I recieved from Sammy Dress exceeded my expectations from this company. I had ordered a dress that I did not recieve for over a month so I sent in a support ticket and actually recieved a very fas reply. The person was very helpful. My dress had went on back order but once it was restocked I recieved my dress pretty quick. I wasn't overly satisfied with the dress. It was a little more cheaply made than I thought it would be and it was really short. But overall I would order from this company again. A friend of mine ordered some clothing from this site and she liked her stuff so I'm willing to try it again.

I ordered from this site, and I'm very happy with the service I got, even if my items were out of stock. I opened a ticket a week after ordering and they told me they needed to replace my item because they no longer made it. Very easy switch and now I'm just waiting on my shipment. It's overseas guys, you're going to wait... for a while - at least a month. A good thing to do before you order is to open up a live chat and give them the item numbers and ask if they are in stock. I did this and was told it'd ship out the next day. You just have to be patient.

I placed my order on September 25 and it is now October 24. They never informed that items I paid for were not in stock until I inquired about the delay of my order. They have been apologizing and requesting me to select other models. I tried to replace the models 3 times with other items, but they "regretted to inform me that those items were not available as well". Today I demanded refund of the amount and still waiting for their response! "

I had ordered17 watches the fourth week of September from this site and haven't seen or have a tracking number from them yet. I asked them to send me my money and haven't heard from them. Do not buy from this company.

Yes I went to make a purchase on the site of a very snazzy trench coat and vest. Well apparently they didn't have my size in stock, however they were so patient with me for a few days keeping my payment on hold (which I ended up having to get back) to see If I could find my exact measurements. I did, but alas they did not have my size, but the service and support I received was top shelf I definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to lift your style, and have a good buying experience in the process.

This website is ridiculous!
1) It takes weeks for you to actually receive your order and when you try to contact them to ask about your order, the phone number provided on the website is for some reason always busy (weird.)

2) You then realize that the only way to get some answers is by their "live chat" you get people that clearly don't speak English and again, you have to wait some time to get a simple response (be prepared to wait for hours)

3) When you finally do receive your items and realize that they are sized for little Asian people and inquire about simply exchanging the item, they make it nearly impossible to do so.
1) They charge you an additional 15% of what you have already paid and you have to pay out of pocket to ship the item back in order get the new sized item (which still may not fit) back to you.

At this point you have paid more than 3X what you originally paid for the item itself!

2) During the back and forth weekly, poorly translated conversation about exchanging a simple item, they continue to try to convince you to keep the item that will never fit a normal non Asian human being.

The few positive reviews must come from within the bogus company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

This website is a waste of time and it's strategically designed to rip people off. They provide with no real customer service which them makes you just give up and let them keep your money.

DO NOT TRUST IT! THEY ARE THIEVES!

I have ordered from Sammy Dress 3 times and love the prices, customer service, and quality. The shipping may be a little delayed but they are overseas so it is expected. You really can't beat their prices and they go out of their way to remedy any issue.
