I love SammyDress. I've ordered from them ten times and have never really had a problem with them. The quality of the clothes I've ordered is great, the price is great, and the customer service I've experienced is not awful. The only problems I've ever had with them were ordering a shirt they said was in stock that ended up not being available, then they offered to let me choose a different shirt, so I picked one that said it was in stock, and it ended up being available as well. They ended up fully refunding me, but it was annoying and it happens a lot. Also, I bought a handful of earrings from them and they were pretty much all garbage; one arrived broken, one arrived without backs, and one arrived with only one of the pair. Return shipping costs make it so it's unrealistic to return them for a refund. Kind of disappointing. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. I'm beyond pleased with what I've received, and I wear them every chance I get. Just be smart about it. A $3 pair of earrings probably won't hold up.

Sammydress has great products at a steal because of their prices. I ordered from them three times (only waiting on one more order) and have received all items and correct sizes so far. I've written to their Support Center and they were pretty responsive and helpful to me. The only complaint l had is that their shipping takes like a month. Other than that, everything is worth the wait.

Sammy dress is one of the best online stores I have come across. It has cheap and good quality items. I have bought only five items yet. I was able to find my items which I was looking for more than 5 months on this website with awesome pricing. I see myself of doing more purchases in future. Good shipping service and timing. Love all the unique designs of dresses and others. Size chart is perfectly accurate. This is totally amazing. Fast and excellent customer service. They have best pricing in items and also give more discounts as we make more purchases, appreciate that a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sammy Dress has a lot of cheap clothes, but they're usually of really good quality! They use Asian sizes so they run a bit small, and the shipping usually takes a while. Overall I'm really satisfied with Sammy Dress.

I ordered a jacket from the site back 11/14/2014. I received an email stating expected shipping for item will be in 7-10 days. It has been about 3 weeks now and the status of my order is listed as "Processing". No way it should take 3 weeks to process one Jacket. I wrote them an email several days ago asking what is going with my order and so far, have received no reply. Definitely will not be ordering anything else from this site again.

Sammydress is a great website! Whenever I need something I check there first. They give me points when I order or write a review and then I can use those toward my total and save money. The items are beautiful and everything I've ordered was perfect. If i didn't like something i just simply emailed them and they took care of it the next day. I just finished my christmas shopping and purchased almost everything from them. Shipping speed is what it would be at any other site for the out of country shipping. So think about that before ordering if you have a deadline and do it with enough time. Personally, the items are worth waiting for.
