Got my products with reasonable time (plus one came within a week since I ordered express) and items were in perfect condition. Whatever concerns or questions I had, their customer service helped me until the end. I am a very happy customer.
I finally received my order after waiting for over 40 days. I thought it would arrive before christmas. I bought it on the 9th of December. Didn't get here till 23rd of January. They kept reassuring me it was on its way on its way. There was no way to track it because I didn't pay them to give me a tracking number. Which i dont know why i would have to. When I received the package it was compressed into a very small square shape neat with only a few labels on it. No return address. I was wondering how would a winter coat fit into a small package. Then i opened it and it was NOTHING like the photos, it was thin, had ugly gold buttons, the fur was flat and it was not even something i would let a homeless person wear. I want to send this back so fast and get a refund its not even funny.
I purchased 3 items from them. They were all the same as showed in the website plus the free shipping is awesome. The items arrived same as they stated therein. I recommend sammy dress to everyone as they sell cheap items yet so nice & elegant..

I have purchased a number of dresses and shoes from Sammy Dress and I am very pleased with the quality of the items. The prices are great and shipping was wasn't too bad. I had to deal with their customer service for one item and they were prompt in responding to my messages and they did their best to accommodate me.
