Sammy dress is a GREAT choice if you want to buy clothes online. The clothing feels good and looks AMAZING - wherever you go you will get compliments! Each piece of clothing is unique and you can't find them anywhere else outside of the asian countries or other sammy dress customers.
Even though the clothing looks very very good, the prices are unbelievably low, even compared to other "cheap clothing websites." I don't know how Sammy Dress can do it, but their clothes are super cheap. Also, many small items come with free shipping!
Shipping is quite reliable so long as you specify the shipping location. Sammy Dress will assemble the order and ship it out very quickly; within a couple weeks it will arrive. Plan on waiting a bit for the order, which is reasonable for overseas. Shipping costs however are as low as possible and often free for accessories.

Overall I have had an amazing experience with Sammy Dress and plan to shop there again and again.

I have placed several orders with Sammy Dress, and so far I have not been disappointed. The shipping does take a while, and the shipping is a little pricey, but even when the shipping is added to the cost of the item, it is still less than you would pay in a store. The quality with all of the items I've bought has far exceeded my expectations, and the prices really can't be beaten!

I have had excellent experience from Sammy dress. I have purchased many items from Sammydress. They were shipped on time and the prices are very reasonable. I have received the items on time. The tracking is only $ 1, which is great. The quality is great as well. Just keep in mind that the sizes are asian, so make sure you take your measurements before you order. No bad experience at all. I will continue shopping at sammydress.

I still waiting for my second dress! I ordered on January 5, today is February 24! Where is my dress? My order # MM************** with tracking # BJ*******8219, (I paid extra for this number!) But it not possible to track you package! I tried few times.
I called customer service + (1)*******508 (USA Customers) (provided on website) and this number not in service! I got one of the dress one month later, but where is my second dress? I sent few emails and NO response! I'm so regretting to ordering from Sammydress website! It's disaster! Awful customer service!

I am a huge fan of this site. It's amazing how many beautiful things they have. And the prices are awesome!
I've already ordered two times and I really appreciate the things I received and it was right on time. So I will order much more times, for sure.

Have had a very good experience with using Sammy Dress. I find their products very very affordable and the quality is good considering. One thing to take caution in is to make sure you are getting the right sizing information.

Scam store - free shipping on the web but charging $24 shipping on $40 items. After waiting for 3 months I am still waiting for my order. AVOID to buying anything from this store. Requested to pay by paypal, and you have no way to claim the money back. Suggest everyone to buy from aliexpress for the same thing with less $ and byer protection and faster shipping.

Don't do business with SammyDress. Terrible experience. I ordered a coat from SammyDress in early November of 2014 understanding it could take over a month for it to be delivered. The coat was relatively cheap and shipping was around $15. At the end of December, I still had not received my coat and followed up with the company only for them to tell me to give it 2 more weeks and wait to see if the item arrives. I complied and waited. Still nothing. I followed up with them again and asked where my coat was. They then responded asking me to check my local post office. I complied and still nothing. Another week goes by and I followed up again telling them to send me a new coat at their cost. They responded telling me they'd be happy to reship the item but I would have to pay for shipping. I refused to repay for shipping so they offered to then ship for $5. Again, I said absolutely not telling them this is a terrible way to do business. Throughout the whole exchange, they continued to deflect blame on the shipping company and possible reasons it may not have arrived. With it now being February I even offered them the chance to dig out and send at no cost and earn a positive review made on good customer service. They again refused so I demanded a refund. Then they tell me they can refund the money less the cost of shipping. So essentially I just sunk time effort and money into a nearly 3 month ordeal on an item I never received from a company that refuses to take accountability for a bad experience. Don't do business with this company. Clearly being run by leadership that doesn't believe in even half way decent customer service/experience.

I found the prices hard to believe at first. The reviews are hit and miss but I love this site! The fashion if you know how to work it is fantastic! Just remember S-M-L US sizes do not apply here! Get a measuring tape and so long as you know your measurements you will enjoy your shopping experience

Horrible experience... ordered a 2XL and they sent a small. THEN they want me to close my case at Paypal BEFORE issuing a refund. AND they want me to pay to have the item shipped back. I'm starting to think all these Chinese based -- but look like normal companies -- are a joke. Sure they answer e-mails within 24 hours, but it's a total runaround.

Adding: I received a refund by challenging the purchase through PayPal which is how I paid. At first it seemed like "I lost" because the choices on the screen in the process said I needed to ship the item back -- which I actually have no problem with, BUT SammyDress should provide the label or pay for that -- so it looked like a loss since shipping back is expensive. BUT I called paypal and explained why I felt like that wasn't fair and since my purchase was for one item (total $21) the customer service rep agreed and said "Don't worry, you're gonna get a refund" and within 10 minutes, I was refunded. AND they said that this claim at PayPal DOES count AGAINST sammydress... and too many claims via Paypal and they'll be denied the ability to use Paypal.

I see their response -- and now wonder if they can read or if this is an automated message. 1. I ordered a 2XL -- they sent a small -- see pictures. 2. I did contact them and after going back and forth on their website about 20 times, they finally said they would issue a FULL refund. They never did send a shipping label for me to ship the item back. 3. Paypal already reached out and touched them and gave me a refund... against their response at Paypal. So folks, open claims immediately at Paypal when you don't get your stuff, or it's poor quality, or the totally wrong size (sent Small, I ordered 2XL -- and they say I need to convert inches to metrics... THAT has NOTHING to do with the problem.) Once again, totally disappointed in their response -- machines work there, not people.

I absolutely ADORE this online shop and will become a regular. The shipping time worried me the most but they shipped on time and came pretty quickly. Customer service is also great! Highly recommend to all!

Once again, Sammy dress has proven that their website is one of the best for online shopping! Not only did I get my packages on time! But they were also secured and packaged properly. Their site is exceptionally well tailored to suit the needs of all person shopping here! The items here are TRUE to the pics and I have every intention of coming back to do more shopping! As well as I have passed on the websites links to many of my friends so that they can shop at their own convenience!
