I have ordered from them before and stuff weren't as horrible as they could have been, but on my last order which was $100, they sent it to the wrong address, i don't know why this address was replacing my actual address, since that had never happened to me before i didn't check to see if they had replaced my real address with a different one! So they sent my package to the wrong address, when i complained about it they did nothing about it, kept sending pictures the ups tracking and i kept telling them, that that was not my address and they did nothing! Don't trust them!

Love the quality of clothes and jewelry, always fast shipping and super great customer service. Would recommend! 5 stars!

I have ordered two times from this site during these few months. Must say I am satisfied, no big complaints. For both orders delivery time was as promised and not longer.
Had small problems with the first order - one item came in the wrong size than I had ordered and at first few items were missing from the package. Then contacted the customer support and got fast answers from there. They replaced the wrong sized item with a new one that had about the same price as the wrong sized one, only had to pay for the tracking code number. And didn't have to send the wrong item back. As for the missing items, got them shipped out shortly after I contacted the customer service and got a working tracking number for these items too.
Also the products have good quality considering the fair prices. All the items that I received came as advertised.
Now after ordering from that site myself it is sad to see how many problems other people have had and how many negatives reviews there are.
But I must say I would personally order again from this site, even though I also had few small complicatons.

I ordered 3 shirts over 2 weeks ago and have received NOTHING yet. All I was looking for so far was an expected arrival date. I have tried to email them several times and got no response, even though they say they will respond within24 hours.(They don't) I live in Ohio and called the phone number several times they have posted on there website, and all I ever get is a busy signal. (Really? A BUSY SIGNAL for a business number?) I even tried the "Live Chat" thing and waited over 20 Minutes and No ONE EVER came on the chat line. So how long should I expect to wait for my order? Will I ever get it? Is there REALLY a Sammydress? Or have I been scammed? I hope at this point it's just taking a lot longer than anticipated to receive my order. I really HOPE that I don't have to contact my lawyer and go the legal route.

I usually have such good luck with china online orders but this was just awful. I ordered a pink dress http://www.sammydress.com/product*******.html and I relied heavily on the picture of a customer that had posted what seemed like a positive review and nice dress. So I thought 'well if another customer had purchased and liked the dress and looked nice I can do it also' and when I received it today (it took a month to get here) it was awful. Nothing like the picture. The cut was awful. No shape or seams. The fabric was cheap. It had some weird mesh on the neck and back. It was such a boxed shape like they didn't even care or tried. I wasted 15$ and I wasn't expecting something incredible but I definitely wasn't expecting something so bad. Please save yourself some money and annoyance with this "company".

When i first bought from SammyDress i was a bit skeptical. But the shipping was quick and the items were just as described! I have bought from them numerous times now and i have been happy with each and every purchase.

My experience with sammydress has been very wonderful.
My orders are always shipped in time and they are exactly as what i see on the internet.
I'll advice people to shop from sammydress very often.

Sammydress has great clothing and great pricing. You do have to check sizes as their sizes are different than the sizes here so be sure to check the chart. Customer service has been quick to respond if needed. Quality and uniqueness of their clothing is what keeps me going back. Very feminine, dressy, and pretty. Its hard to find this kind of clothing anywhere else

I really do not like to talk bad about any website, however this is absolutely ridiculous! I wrote a review about SammyDress not too long ago, and then they followed up on my review and really put in effort to help solve the problem. It took a bit of negotiating in which i was then satisfied and they closed the ticket that was open mentioned that I should see a refund on my credit card within 7-10 business days and that was May 5th, since then i have not seen a refund on my credit card and no follow up from them. They closed my ticket thread so I cannot message them following up so I sent an email to their support team which i was in contact with and still no response. If you plan to follow up on a complaint and resolve it then maybe work through it until the very end. I really wished I had never purchased anything from this site to begin with. Please do not make the same mistake I made.
