I have been a keen online shopper for a quite a while now but I must admit that Sammy Dress has given me the most outstanding customer service experience. Despite being situated in the far east, my orders always arrive in time.

Recently I had a delayed order and a size default but the way they handle my complaint was quite outstanding. I will therefore recommend this store to everyone. Great products at very competitive rates!

I ordered some stuff on SammyDress because I was excited about the prices (like everyone else). I got an email saying my stuff had shipped quite quickly, but NONE of the tracking links they provided worked.
I had paid extra to get my stuff faster, but it makes no difference what shipment you pay for; they will take forever to ship your stuff or won't ship it at all and just rip you off. Plus they provide a "customer support" number at the bottom of the confirmation emails, but if you call it, it will ring for a bit and then give you a busy signal. It doesn't work. There's no way for you to complain or ask questions. If you try to submit a question online via their customer support form, it will let you fill in the form, then it asks you to log into the site and shop more instead of submitting your form. It won't let you!
Stay away from this fake company!

I bough a swimsuit recently and I wasn't expect to be so pleased with it, my experience with SammyDress is really good, they shipped fast my order (I live in Mexico and within 15 days my order arrive) and my product has really good quality. I love their website because it has really good references and reviews of their products that are helpful when buying.
And their costumer care center is really nice too! I will recommend this site to my friends.

One of the things I love about sammydress is that more often then not there are pictures from previous customers wearing the items. It really puts the merchandise in perspective of real people instead of just models and mannequins. The reviews that go along with the pictures are extremely helpful in decision making about buying one of the products. Reviewers often give their physical measurements, so it's nice to find a positive review from a customer with a similar figure before purchasing.

My experience with Sammy Dress overall has been excellent. I received my items much quicker than other websites (ie. Aliexpress); at times I do not receive my items from these site. But with Sammy Dress I can track the shipping and see exactly where it is. Customer service has since fixed my issue with my purchases so I have no complaints thus this far (even though the error was on my part of ordering the incorrect item)! Being that the pricing is fairly cheap you cannot expect more than the quality that you're getting. The sizing is fine as you may have to go up one size if you have voluptuous curves, but other than I will continue to shop with them. I especially love their accessories... cannot get enough of it! No complaints here!

I'm not a big online shopper, but for a holiday I didn't have enough money to buy a very expensive dress to wear for one day, so I gave Sammydress ago after seeing some youtubers review this site. To start off, the website was really easy to navigate, which was really useful because I needed to narrow down my search to a few things. There is also a HUGE selection of clothing to choose from, so you will most definitely find something you like. After looking through the pages for a little bit, I found a dress that was literally exactly what I wanted. It was a long sleeved, full length beige dress. The price was really a steal, too. I bought a few other things with the dress just to try the site out, like a jacket and a necklace. I paid for the expedited shipping because I needed my dress on time for the holiday, and it came in less than two weeks, which is really great considering their location compared to mine. The packaging was good, and I received all of my items that I ordered. The dress was BEAUTIFUL. I didn't want to take it off. I was given soo so many compliments that day and everyone asked me where I got my dress from. However, of course the quality wasn't perfect, but it was exactly what I needed. But no joke, someone asked me if I paid more than $300 for my dress because of how beautifully it fit and looked. The jacket... Oh man the jacket. The jacket's quality was honestly much much much higher than I was expecting. It was super thick and really neatly trimmed and fit sooo well. The necklace too! I bought a similar necklace at the store for so much more and when I received my order I immediately returned my old one because the one from Sammydress gave me a lot more for the price. Overall, I honestly, wholeheartedly believe you should give this site a try. Needless to say, you should definitely read other comments and reviews if there are any to check sizes and things like that. My dress didn't come with any reviews, but I bought it anyway and was NOT disappointed.

I shop on Sammy Dress all the time. I love everything about their products and customer service. The items are inexpensive AND cute :) I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
