Can't even call!

Wow! I tried calling customer service and even they STILL didn't help me. I had to hang up because of how rude he was. What can I do to get my refund?

I purchased bathing suit on Off fifth. I did not like it.

It came with a hygeine sticker that did not stick well. I sent it back but they returned the item to me saying that its not in sellable condition. When i called only a foreign customer service agent answers who is very difficult to communicate with. He finally said that the hygeine sticker was off and it had deodorant stains on the underarms.

I examined the item and there was no stains at all and the dirty hygeine sticker was there originally. He said they will look into it and email me a response. The response came in 4 words misspelled 'As we discuss previos'. I was not even given the courtesy of a full sentence.

I called the line for new orders and got a native english speaker who said the same thing and said she has pictures to prove it. Terrible customer service for a large company. Ive shopped on other big companies (ZARA) where my return was lost in the mail.

They took my word for what i said was in the box and issued me a refund of over 400$. I strongly advise you shop elsewhere!

I had a horrible experience with items not arriving properly and the customer service representative treating me in a condescending and unhelpful manner as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase items from their store. They have definitely lost a customer.

Horrible company!

I fell in their store and injured my shoulder and wrist. No one came to my rescue, as I'm sure they have cameras at their front door. When dealing with the company they hire to settle loss claims, I found them very unprofessional and almost never answering or returning my phone calls. A year went by and I was still dealing with the fall in the store, that I got so frustrated I decided it wasn't worth my time. I guess that was their plan all along. They later installed carpet in the exit and entrance of their Oregon store.

Saks really sucks

Be very careful to shop online at Saks website. I purchased 2 item online. I was waiting for my package 2 weeks. Than I tracked it and I noticed that the package is "out for delivery 4 days". I contacted Saks customer service in India. I was told by multiple people they need 14 business days! To investigate what happened with my package. Do they live in 16th century? I tried via phone, online, asked for supervisors, same broken record answer. I didn't received the package or money. I will never shop online again.

Store associates are unhelpful, selling items that are irreparable and insisting that it is final sale without previous notice. You know after payment that with a pink receipt there are no refunds. So I got stuck with this shredded white dress that I did not see the damage before. Luckily one kind assoc on the floor alerted me. The cashier Ann and manager were very unhelpful and unfriendly. I left the dress there and left without a refund. Will never shop at off fifth or Saks anymore. Very disappointed customer.

Fake

They sold me a fake. What I ordered compared to what I got. I paid for shipping and they want me to pay to return this tie that looks nothing like what I ordered. Not to mention how it looks like some one sewn on the tag.

I ordered an expensive belt. Belt broke to months later. Off 5tj refuses to take back order. Shocked that such a reputable company can get away with such a thing. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them EVER.

I bought an evening purse (hoping it was the last one I would ever have to buy). It was half the price it was at other sites and so I thought "why not?". Here's why - It came with a defective clasp. I didn't find that out until I tried to use it at a black tie wedding 15 hours from my home. I used it anyhow and kept shutting it. I received many complements and many prompts to close my purse. The last time I closed it the chain also broke. I called Sax of 5th and they would not let me return it - "The distributor won't take it back", "we can't resell it"... They offered me 25.00 for a 32.00 purchase (credit towards another purchase). I said I wanted the full purchase amount or another bag (who knows what happened to the initial offer of another bag). "We don't take back used merchandise" - was another excuse. Finally I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would send me a return label just for this one time exception but the distributor would determine if I got my money back. The return voucher charged 9.95 to the return with me getting a refund of 14.99. I called again and they supposedly will not charge for the return. Each time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. Next time - Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom Rack - even if I have to pay full price.

I ordered two dresses online, received only one. I called customer service, they promised to investigate and send a follow up email. Nothing was sent. I called the second time, they sent an email: «We called the distribution center and they said that they had sent two dresses. The investigation is over. Have a great weekend!» That's it! They also refused to return money for a dress I did not receive. The Saks Off 5th online store is completely indifferent to its customers, taking money for unsent goods, and no one even cares to investigate the problem. This is a real fraud! I disputed the charge with my bank. I will never make a purchase again from this store! Be careful!

Placed an order. Received different color. Called and what I ordered was sold out. So you just ship something else to me without contacting me first?! Then they send me a return label and an email stating I will receive a refund, minus the shipping. Excuse me?! Now I must wait approximately 2 weeks for my refund. Very unprofessional rude customer service. They are basically dishonest thieves who bait & switch.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCHEMERS!

I placed an order, didnt receive it for 10 days due to an error in the system. I placed the order again and was promised next day shipping. I went online to check the status of the order and saw that the item wouldn't arrive for another 5 days, due to it having to come from a department store. Not sure why they lied to me about the next day shipping.

The item had a stain from a deodorant. I returned the product (with all the tags) next day. They shipped the product backed to me, saying that they cannot accept the return.
The dress was $400. They shipped it without signature upon delivery. Now I am stuck with this dirty piece of garbage. What is wrong with them? When I called and explained the situation, they told me that I was lying and they sent me clean dress. They were so rude, that I am still shaking! I would never buy from this store again. I was usually spending $300-$800 per year there, but not anymore..

Saks literally is the worst retail company to deal with. Their customer service is so bad and makes so many errors and inaccurate assertions that you begin to think they are doing so deliberately. It's insane. I strongly advise you against doing business with this company.

Too many things that went wrong. Had to make over a dozen calls from sending out wrong items, to cancelling some items without telling me, to not refunding me for items that were returned. A 4 week ordeal and speaking with these idiots was like talking to a wall and expecting a response. If you do get a supervisor, they were less empathetic to their terrible service I received and their mistakes. They ripped me off on my one refund and still waiting on 3 others and it's been 3 weeks. On p[hone now waiting for a supervisor and have written 4 reviews on them while I waited.

Last call Neiman Marcus puts this company to shame! How can the Consumer Services allow such a large company to sell items online that need to be tried on to see if they fit by saying ": final sale". No other company I know refuses to return an item if it does not fit! I tried to return a pair of shoes that did not fit and I was told there was no way I could return them as they were a "final sale"! How ridiculous is that? So now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit and cannot return them. I then walked across ( at the Block in Orange, California) to Last Call Nieman Marcus to return 3 items without a receipt that I had misplaced. An amazing sales associate by the name of JR Salas called the online department and was able to locate my account and within minutes they refunded me for the items and I was on my way. Simple and painless compared to the argument I went through at Off Sacks. Also consumers be aware that when they advertise 30% off your whole purchase or 50% off or 75% off the final price of the item never changes. Pick a few items and put them in your cart. Check everyday at the specials they advertise and you will find they just increase the price and the take off what they are advertising to bring the price right back to what it was originally. Such a SCAM! Off Saks is definitely OFF my radar as of today and I will be sending a complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Saks Off 5th's unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially unlawful online selling practices include advertising and selling inventory that is unavailable, failing to issue refunds in a timely manner, shipping incorrect and/or damaged merchandise and not refunding consumers for the shipping expense following the return of the wrong/defective product, and rendering substandard customer service. Unfortunately, the Canadian parent company (Hudson's Bay) is unwilling to assist customers with a Saks Off 5th issue of concern. Thus, consumers can file a complaint against Saks Off 5th with the (US) Federal Trade Commission for deceptive, fraudulent, and other problematic business transactions. In addition, customers should notify their banking institution and initiate a full refund to their credit card.

Scam!

Please please please do not order from this company! I ordered a pair of boots back in December never received them called them and they said they were out of order which didn't make sense because I received a tracking number that they were on the way. I waited a month supposedly they were back in stock I had the guy ordered them over the phone for me got another tracking number never received them called them back and said they were unable to deliver them because the address was wrong somehow the guy screwed that up. Apparently they got sent back to the warehouse and was told that they had to send in a request that took 24 to 48 hours to respond back I've waited almost 2 weeks now I've had to call every day they're extremely rude to deal with and somehow this is now my fault and they're saying do you want the shoes or not? I said are you kidding me I've been wanting them send them to me... They promised they were going to overnight them but they are still waiting on some requests to hear back that they originally said will take 24 to 48 hours it's been almost 2 weeks! None of it makes sense everybody's read to deal with I find it very odd that every single person is a foreigner which makes me think that this company is not legit let's see if I get my money back because apparently there was never any issues to begin with because they never sent them! Save your money go somewhere else do not deal with this company. They promised they were going to overnight them but they are still waiting on some request to hear back that they originally said will take 24 to 48 hours it's been almost 2 weeks! First of all they've sent damaged item, second of all they told me fedex will pick it up in certain day, never showed up, was waiting for them to pick it up for 3 days! What a $#*!ty service!

: I had placed order # ******* (10 items) and got their confirmation on December 14,2018.
However, I only received 1 item on December 23, 2018.The rest 9 items were supposed to arrive on December 28,2018 (as their notice emailed) but I have NOT received the 9 items until NOW (Jan 10,2019). No email notice, no refund. Emailing them several times but no feedback. If you know how to contact them, please advise...
