Placed an order on 5/6 for boots. Received a voicemail towards the end of May letting me know the boots are on backorder and if I want to cancel this order to call. I called to cancel the order but was told they would need to contact the vendor. Once they did, I would receive a credit back to my credit card and an email. This never happened. I called a week later and was told the cancelation was never requested. This time I was told again, needed to contact the vendor, and once the order was canceled, I would receive a refund and an email. Again, I was never contacted and this time I sent an email requesting to cancel this order immediately and refund me. I also asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, and I would like one of them to contact me. The following Monday, I received a generic email that my order was canceled because the item is no longer available, and a credit had been issued to my credit card. However, I never receive a follow-up call or an email from a supervisor or manager. And to tell me in a generic email my order had been canceled due to the item being no longer available.
This is a poorly run organization and I will never ever purchase from this store again. Your customer service agents need a lot of training. "You don't tell a customer that you are going to cancel this order and issue a refund send an email to you twice and it never was done. When a customer asked to speak with a supervisor/manager, you have one of these titles contact the customer. You never send out a generic email like the one I received. Three times I asked to cancel my order and was sent an email because the item was no longer available. Doesn't your customer service know how to tweak their emails?" " I will tell everyone that I know never to shop at your store. You have lost a very good customer and many more."

First time ordering so I was a little scared when the tracking got off and it arrived later than I thought it would. Overall good. Wouldn't be afraid to order from them again.

Different styles fit me differently, so I often have to try different sizes. One size worked, the other didn't. Unfortunately, I could only exchange the item for a different size. I was unable to exchange it for different items on the Safety Girl site. Now I have 2 of the same pants, when I needed only one.

I returned the item and was charged for returning even though they were returned due to misinformation for sizing. Pants run small, but site says pants slightly larger than normal. Plus pants were flimsy, I wanted more durable pants.

It was a very easy experience from the time of purchase until I received them.

I wanted these specific classes and was able to find them on SafetyGirl for an affordable price.

Ordered 5 pairs of cut resistant work gloves which I have ordered from other sources. The gloves arrived in a short time at a better price and reasonable shipping cost. Will purchase again from this seller.

The site had which shoes I was looking for. I was able to get a pair in of my size and the shoes came in quickly.

These are my first pair of steel toes. They're comfortable, they're cute, and they're perfect for my job. I love that I can be cute and fashionable whine working!
