Returns take to long. It's been over a week since I sent my return back and still have not received the money back into my account. To begin the return took some time because system was down. Will be buying my shoe from someone else

I ordered from this company back on August 7th. I was told by email that my shoes would be arriving August 22nd. They never arrived. I reached out the next day. For customer service rep to tell me they were coming from the supplier and no other information was provided. The customer service team is not helpful. Today I received an email that my order has been canceled, what a freaking joke! I've been waiting for these shoes for two and a half weeks and now my order is canceled. Definitely won't waste my time, again with this company. Awful! Awful, awful. There are many other better sites out there. Take your money elsewhere!

Shoes are very comfortable and fashionable. You may have to buy longer show laces though they are very short!
I will comment back when I receive the shoes.
- Shipping took longer than stated.
- Two items I ordered showed they were available, but now they are on backorder for over a month. Just received emails stating once over 30 days on backorder, will cancel. Why not just remove them from the site so my employees do not choose items that will take that long to receive?
- Also, the way my package was shipped, received my box of boots in a flimsy bag that had a hole in it, and it was delivered on a day that was raining so the bag, did not protect the box from getting soaked and falling apart while sitting on my step. The boots were damp, so I had to let them dry out due to poor shipping packaging.

The belt I ordered appears to be well made with the ability to chg out the buckle. It was rec'ed quickly and in good condition. I will order more in the future.

Tough to navigate. Then you get turned over to another manager after purchase. The other company wants you to download in order to track. Boots ran big for size. Then the return process was not simple.

These gloves were not what i expected. They were the same size as a Men's small. I came to this site looking for a ladies small, and was very disappointed. How do ladies get gloves for the work place that fit right?
