Hats look great, customer was awesome at responding and helping when ups lost the original Al package, replacement was sent out quickly.

Ordered a printer stand with cabinet storage, which was delivered rather quickly. Instructions for assembly were poor and a few holes in the compressed wood material did not align properly so it was hard to make the pieces connect and hold together well. In the end, with some additional rigging, we were able to make it work but unsure how long it will last.

Ordered 30 pair of gloves was told they would come Fedex and it came USPS...was never delivered because USPS doesn't deliver w/out PO Box - USPS doesn't deliver to our area. Had to pay to have it resent and we provided a PO Box - still didn't receive it. Got a message from DiscountSafetyGear that the items were returned again and they were going to credit the account for the cost of the gloves but not the cost of the reship. Too bad - couldn't handle $40 order - was hoping if these gloves were what we were looking for it would've turned into $500/week ordering.

Shopping was a breeze! I found the gloves I was looking for very easily. The price was very good also. Their shipping however seemed to take a very long time. It took so long I went back and had to check a d make sure it was actually on its way. Once it arrived I was very happy with my order.

I ordered several boxes of disposable gloves, but they were on backorder. They actually called me and asked if I would be okay with a slightly better version sent out now at no extra cost. I was very, very pleased with this type of customer service, which is too often lacking!
