It has been over 30 days since I sent a dress back for return. They are literally holding my $1000 hostage. This is illegal practice and I want this company investigated. I am contacting my attorney to start a lawsuit!

Purchased a dress for a wedding. It arrived without a belt. Didnt have time to reorder
And decided to just wear something else because the belt added the casual vibe I was going for. Wasted $70 for rushed shipping on this dress. You would think that they would be more diligent about packing up a dress someone needed delivered asap. I needed the belt. No response from customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from in my 50 years of life. I tried to return a PERFECT Zoe Gown (Grande Dame) and they sent it back saying they would not accept the return because it is damaged. The letter they included in the bag was for someone else, so they got my order confused. When I confronted them about the mixup they said the dress was damaged and that I should see the photos they attached to the email. THEY NEVER SENT ME PHOTOS and I asked for their evidence in three emails! I sent them a video and picture of the perfect gown I was trying to return and they stopped responding to my emails. I am still begging for a second chance since I ended up ordering two of these dresses and wearing the size 10. The size 12 was simply too big and I tried it on ONCE and placed it gently back into the box. There is nothing wrong with the dress I am trying to return and the customer service department has been rude, unhelpful, deceitful, and incomplete. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. If I could give it -******* stars I would. Absolutely horrible what they are doing. Other people should know so they don't get ripped off like I have. I will continue to email them everyday until I receive a response. Many more reviews will be posted. You have been warned!
