No getting a response

I have not received my sons sord and I am just trying to find out how long it is going to take and I am not getting any response. I thought I would get it before Christmas. At this point I would just like to know that I am getting it for sure.

So far, not so good.

I purchased a Hero Mystery box. I didn't understand it didn't come with the pixel blade and so I was immediately disappointed. Is it my own fault, yes, but nothing stated "oh hey, make sure you're aware the blade doesn't come with this."

Additionally the menu doesn't seem to respond well to "Hold" instructions. Color change seems to activate randomly, volume can't be adjusted. It's probably some part user error but it's very frustrating to someone buying a saber for the first time.

Forgot to add electronics into saber hit order emailed 30 mins after they got back to me week and a half later saying it was to late to just add that into the empty saber they were making? They want you to pay more to order self install parts lol I'll refund and reorder I can wait but pretty pathetic service cant change order minutes after you make it

Order changes are possible, however, they cannot be guaranteed. It depends on how far into production your order has gotten by the time the change is requested. If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] as early in your lead time as possible.

That said, orders that have shorter lead times are processed very quickly and we are rarely able to catch them in time to make changes to them. If your order contained items that generally ship out within 1-4 weeks, it would have entered production immediately after being placed and even if we had been able to respond to your email the same day your order would have been past the point where changes could be made. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or frustration this has caused you!

I see a lot mixed reviews here but I want to say I had a great experience with Saber Forge. Morgan and I had excellent communication and I had two sabers repaired in a reasonable amount of time, which easily exceeded t the expectations given to me by the company on the website and in writing. Great job with about a two month turnaround on the service.

My wife and I ordered our five-year-old son a Progenitor Eco saber for his birthday on May 2nd; I had also ordered a Defiant Eco for myself and his mom so our son had someone to play with.

The Defiant Eco stopped lighting up the very first day. I sent that saber back for repairs and finally got it back after FIFTY EIGHT DAYS.

To make matters much worse, my son's Progenitor Eco saber began intermittently failing to register clashes and has stopped making the "whoosh" sound when swung. Yesterday, the Progenitor Eco saber stopped lighting up. I don't know what to do here; I don't think my son should have his birthday present ripped away from him for two whole months because of Saberforge's shoddy workmanship.

*** One saber didn't last a single day; the other one didn't last a freaking month. ***

To say I am outraged is a disservice to outrage. Their website says you make, "high quality LED sabers made for full contact dueling;" well, that has NOT been my experience with their products. A five-year-old shouldn't be able to break TWO such "high quality LED sabers" in less than a month, should he?

I'll be honest, if it wasn't for the quality of what I ordered, I wouldn't be rating them a generous 4 stars. Their customer service is sub par, only responding to emails about shipping and tracking 2-3 weeks after I sent the request. Shipping took a week as promised, but it took 5 months to actually get here after I talked to a rep that said it would only take about a month. Regardless of all that, it's a great saber and maybe if I go back to the states, I'll order again just to see if anything changed.

Oh, Saber Forge, it was a long road but worth it in the end.

I placed an order for a custom saber, with the Veteran package, in December of 2020. After hearing nothing about its status for THREE MONTHS I attempted to cancel the order, only to receive copy-paste "No because of our 12-15wk lead time policy" emails multiple times.

The email exchange with customer service was abysmal. I sent so many emails and received absolutely garbage customer service CONSISTENTLY. Finally in late April 2021, 4 months later, I requested cancellation for the 4th time and was told that I could if I wanted since it had been greater than 15 weeks. I asked what the status of my Saber was, and they actually told me it was preparing to ship! I took a leap of faith and decided to wait for the product, boy am I glad I did.

This Saber is beautiful. The custom CNC metal is gorgeous, with no flaws anywhere. The handle wrap is superb. The screws needed to access the saber's functions are low profile and sit flush with no issues. It's bright, makes all the sounds perfectly, and quite sturdy. The product is breathtaking and I absolutely love it; not only is it well made it holds up. I already tested out how "battle-ready" it is and boy it can take a pretty good beating.\

BOTTOM LINE: Absolute TRASH customer service. Do not expect consistent updates on your order, do not expect decent communication via email, do not expect to be able to cancel your order for a month, BUT know the product you're ordering is sublime. One of the best Sabers on the market, definitely worth the wait. I give 3 stars simply because the quality was so phenomenal but the customer service was so abysmal.

Company is a Fraud

I ordered a saber from SF. The next day I learned a needed medical procedure would cost me thousands and I immediately cancelled my order. The store refused to cancel even though they had not begun my order. They then ghosted me and would not reply to anything. They had my money, they didn't care. You can see from the Better Business Bureau they commonly defraud customers.

Purchased a lightsaber from saber forge on January 15 2021 for roughly $300. It claimed the lead time was 8-10 weeks. I thought that was kind of long but purchased anyway. 11 weeks roll around and I still have not received it. I emailed them and they claim that the lead time was 15 weeks. I told them that the lead time I was given was at most 10 weeks. Their rep essentially told me that I was lying because their 15 week time frame was "on their site for more than a year". I am very disappointed with the service that I have received so far. I understand that covid has thrown a monkey wrench into things but 5 weeks past the originally promised lead time is excessive. I also prefer not to be called a liar. As I told the rep, I didn't just pull a lead time out of my butt.

Saberforge has failed me for the last time
February 4, 2021

Saberforge is not worth the premium price. From the terrible wait times, to the quality of their product, they consistently did not deliver. First, I had to wait approximately 4 months to get the lightsaber I ordered. I ordered this in September of 2020, so I didn't think too much of it seeing as the corona virus was in full swing at that point. When I received the saber (Which was 250 dollars), It did not come preinstalled will the belt attachment unit I ordered with it, which was inconvenient as I did not have the tools to install it at the time. Then, after about a month of light use it has started to come apart, and the paint on it has started to wear away already. I am extremely dissatisfied with this order, and an item of this price should not be falling apart after less than a month.
