While I deeply wish I could have had a more thorough preview of what the powder coat would look like with hilt/finish selection; I was able to create my perfect lightsaber after years of keeping an eye on hilts and saber ideas put out by Saberforge.
I got this one day early and it was worth every penny. Sadly the shipping was quite expensive, but im exited that i can finally get my cosplay going now

It took three (3) months to get our lightsaber that the website said was in stock. Every time I emailed them, it took 2-3 days for a response and all I got was excuses. Then I ordered a sound board (against my better judgement) that was supposed to work with my lightsaber, but it didn't. When I tried to return it, they said they would not take it back and suggested I sell it on Ebay. They stick! No customer service and no support!
We had no issues with purchasing or delivery. The light Saber came within the said delivery window. Only issue now is that my son somehow muted it and we can't figure out how to unmute it.
I am never disappointed with the great work and speedy responses I get.
Beautiful saber and blade, but was disappointed with the blade plug I received as it's a baselit instead of a pixel plug, but otherwise satisfied with purchase!

I was pretty skeptical of my son spending his savings on a replica light saber but have to admit it's pretty awesome. He's thrilled and we were impressed with the quality. Even better that it's an Oregon company.
The options were very tempting and awesome and the whole process of ordering was very fast and simple
The beskar ingots are great and have a nice weight to them. Would recommend. Though the duties and shipping I had to pay were stupid, saberforge needs to change that. Price almost doubled because of those prices so beware

Packaging was disappointing could be nicer looking especially for the 600 dollar price point, u basically get a brown cardboard box with a logo and nothing else

I ordered a Mystery Saber, Initiate, and was looking forward to having a lightsaber I could have some fun with. I didn't consider the time it would take to fulfill the order, which time it took actually makes sense, but got the shipment two days after shipping, which is what I paid for.
What came was a mystery hilt. I did understand that it would have no electronics, but I thought it would have came with a blade of some kind. It was only after reviewing the mystery box saber description that I found that anything above initiate level came with a blade, but the initiate just came empty, which is NOT what I thought I was ordering.
Am I a bit frustrated and disappointed? Yes, but honestly all the information was right there in front of me. I was just too excited to read the full description to catch that little detail. If I did see that, I wouldn't have ordered, and taken my money to Ultrasaber and bought a grab bag lightsaber for $70 that comes with a hilt and a blade and lights up in a color you get to pick out. I even found a coupon on Honey so the total was $87 with shipping verses the $93 it cost for an empty hilt I got here.
While an empty hilt does lead to some interesting possibilities, it wasn't what I wanted, but I only have myself to blame for that. I might order another mystery box saber in the future, but only after I have some experience of what I'd want to do with it. It's a little hard to swallow spending almost $100 total for a cool looking paperweight.
Hard to say without having the product in my hands. Paid for two day shipping, and considering tomorrow is Sunday and that this is in the afternoon, I should see this Wednesday.

Response times took at least a week. In additon, some emails took follow-up emails from myself after the week to get a response. My initial request to have my address updated was not even met after all the effort. My order took more than a month to arrive despite the parts being off-the-shlef items that the website said were in stock.
The customer service team helped get my sabers exchanged fast and got me my new one the exact way I wanted it quickly.
