Ryobi enjoys a mixed reputation among its customers, with notable strengths in product quality and versatility. Many users appreciate the performance and ease of use of their tools, particularly battery-operated lawn equipment, which is praised for its efficiency and lightweight design. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to warranty claims, service delays, and difficulties in obtaining replacement parts. Complaints about inadequate support and communication suggest a need for improvement in customer relations. Overall, while Ryobi has a loyal customer base, enhancing service responsiveness could bolster its reputation further.

Very easy to use. Lightweight and easy to move around. Cuts real good. I bought it because of the ease of usefully and price. Good value for its money.
Just purchased it yesterday and haven't used it yet but it looks good lol. Friend of mine got the same pressure washer and haven't had no issues
OUTSTANDING. NOT ONLY THE BLOWER BUT ALSO THE WEED EATER. GREAT CHARGER AND BATTERY LAST A LONG TIME AND RECHARGE IS QUICK.
I had difficulty with a battery powered chain saw. The support team went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had a good experience with this tool. Thanks for all your help and having true customer service
DON'T! I bought one of Home Depots Ryobi gas-powered backpack blowers. I only used it for my medium-sized yard about 7 times a year. Two years in I started having all kinds of problems with it starting. I didn't even use it the entirety of the second season. I stuck it in the garage and the following season it still had problems(it wasn't getting a spark).
I replaced the spark plug, fuel filter, and lines. The year before I replace the air filter. I took it in to my local home depot only to find out that the "nearest" store that did repairs was 20 miles away. I live in a fairly big city so WTH.
Anyway, took it in and they replaced the switch, still won't start. The technician tells me that IT CAN'T BE FIXED unless the motor gets rebuilt. This blower basically lasted two seasons. What a piece of CRAP!
I purchased a weed blower. It was very easy to remove from the box and set it up for its first use. It seems to work perfectly.
Thanks
Randy
Tools are great. I am a very loyal to the brand. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call corporate on a issue with a power washer and the employee treated me like she was doing me a favor just answering the phone. You have lost a loyal customer.
I received this power washer as a Christmas present from my kids. It works great easy to use. I will get a lot of work done with this
I bought the weed trimmer and blower combo I used the weed trimmer for less than 10 minutes. I than put the battery on the blower, it had only a little power. I return it. Sorry I bought.
Love these guys, love their tools. The 18volt system is great. I have about 35 different tools they make and I love most of them 100% and a few at about 85% such as the heat gun which is not bad but difficult to make as a battery powered tool but it's not bad. I have two businesses that use them as well as the ones I use for the house and I can't say enough good things about them all. Www.exitcleanup.com
It did a very good job cleaning my dry-way easy to use and did a great job. I am sure glad i bought this pressure washer!
Worst product i have ever purchased! Unfortunately, i own ~$10k in ryobi products. I have never had an issue w/any so i have never had to deal w/customer service. I have owned this lawnmower for ~1yr, and it has worked for ~ 5mos of that time. What makes it worse, is the customer service is probably the worst i've ever come across. For ex) i took it back to the instructed facility by ryobi. The facility looked at me like i was stupid. So i had it driven back. 3hrs of wasted time, $100 out of my pocket. I've spent almost $600 in lawn care b/c this garbage machine doesn't work and ryobi will not do anything about it. Third time it will be in the shop if i can find one that works w/ryobi. This will be my last ryobi purchase gauranteed!
I bought the ryobi it is good for garage cleaning out quite good but need little improvement for pressure power
I just purchased a brand new in the box set of Ryobi batteries and charger. One of the batteries never charged up or will take a charge. Did I mention that I bought this on E bay from a dealer with a +*******. It was advertised with a factory warranty of three years. I contacted Ryobi about a exchange and was denied. Victoria Thompson was the customer service person that told me that Ryobi does not cover third party sales. Total BS I own a construction company that buys 1000"s dollars worth of tools every year. I work major construction in Orlando airport and Sanford airport. I will never buy another Ryobi tool again. I will let all the trades on every sight that I work to never buy another Ryobi tool again.
I have redone an old house... although I am not a professional, I am a perfectionist.
Quite honestly I could have not gotten the job done without my Ryobi drill, circular saw and one other thing, which I cannot remember.
I have gone through several sets of drill bits... but the drill itself is still aces. I also attach a buffing pad for applying and buffing up paste wax.
I would like to invest in one their flashlights.
I just wish Lowes carried this line.
Five power stars for Ryobi!
First, there is no hesitation when turning on the leaf blower. Blower is well balanced when operating. Excellent tool. Thank You!
I like RYOBI tools. I've got drill, circular and reciprocating saws, weed trimmer, flashlight, combination battery charger and several batteries, and like them all.
So happy I finally bought my garage/driveway blower! I don't have to find an outlet or fill with gas! Light weight so a "Senior" can use and even enjoy! Thank you!
Ryobi one leaf blower failed after just a few weeks. Could not return to Home Depot, instead had to use the warranty process which is mind-blowingly awful. Even required a deposit to leave for warranty "evaluation", it's just not OK that stores like Home Depot carry super low quality stuff and represent it as comparable to brands like DeWalt, etc.
Answer: I own 2 chain saws, 18" bar and 14"bar, both run excellent, I have cleared a lot of trees over the last several years on property up north, thank you
Answer: Yes, call Ryobi's 800 number. They will send a replacement. The same thing happened to me.
