It is so nice to have a tool you can depend on gettng the job done with the least amount of trouble a tool can cause very dependable and well designed for handling

I love the RYOBI power tools. The cordless drill is the best ever. I like the speed chuck because it is quick and easy. The battery lasts longer than any other battery and recharges quickly. Also the battery powered leaf blower is the best ever. Powerful and light weight and easy to use. I use it every Sunday in Church, to clean the carpet down the center isle. Then I clean the outside sidewalks and front porch. All in about 2 minutes. I also enjoy the hedge trimmer and cut off saw. And they ALL take the same battery. Ryobi is the BEST.

This is an excellent, well designed mower. It's so easy to use and doesn't wear me out. When using the bagger, as it fills up, it gets light in the nose and the front wheels will come off the ground if you're not watching.

Approx. 6 years ago I purchased a Ryobi string trimmer. It gave good service until yesterday when the pull cord broke. Having replaced many of these cords on power tools over the years I went to the hardware store and purchased a replacement cord. When I began disassembly of the trimmer to repplace the cord I found that near total disassembly of the trimmer was necessary to replace the pull cord, necessitating taking the trimmer in for service. This service would have cost more than 100 dollars which is significantly more than half the original purchase price. The pull cord is a wear part and like a spark plug, should be easily replaceable by the homeowner. This situation makes the trimmer a trash item, despite it's like new condition (excepting the pull cord) as repairs are overly expensive. Poor design. Poor customer service from their call center. I will not purchase further products from Ryobi.

Just got it. Did a great job so far. Easy to operate. Battery was great did my whole yard and only used 1/2 power.

I have several ryobi tools. The battery last along time before charging Its nice that the battery will work on all other Ryobi tools 18 volt ones.

How often do you get to say thank you to a company that has built an excellent product This is my chance.

It was so easy to put together myself. It's very easy to handle. I am a 60 yr old woman, if I can lift it and put it together anyone can.

Purchased a trimmer with the online App.
Found out later that the battery and charger didn't come with it. Now need to make another purchase to get the items to run it.

Ryobi privacy policy states that customers can "opt out" of them selling customer information. When you try, they disconnect you.

Great tools at great price, incredible customer service... Extremly durable drills and impacts, we use every day on our three moving trucks. THANK YOU

I have bought 18volt drills and band saw and a electric power washer, and other tools. I like the durability of Ryobi products.

Love this mower! Powerful yet quiet. Push button start is a game changer. Short learning curve for self-propelled but it is so much easier navigating the slope of my lawn. Highly recommend.

It was easy to assemble and prepare the mower for use. Tried the mower at various hights and speeds and picked the one that made the lawn look great. I especially like the ability to push the mower on a small part of our lawn and use the self-propel part on the larger section. The charger is easy to use because the battery is so convenient to install and remove. Handles are at great height for comfortable walking while mowing. Variable speed is great. Easy for wipe down and clean up after use.

My Ryobi light weight weed eater is fantastic to maintain. It zips right through the weeds. Ty for a great investment..

I'm 81 years old and those gas trimmers are too hard for me to start. Went to home Depot and purchased a Ryobi 13" 18V cordless trimmer. Easy to put together and start. The instructions were easy to follow I Charged the battery and tried it WOW So easy to handle, Light weight and really does the job.

I have been a RYOBI fan from day one. I bought the RYOBI drill a few year ago and still have yet to charge the battery. And I know my power washer will stand up to the test as well!
