Just don't with Ryanair. Save yourself the frustration. No amount of savings is worth it. And if you must, keep in mind that if you book through a third party (which you may have to do because Ryanair website often won't allow you to input necessary info), you'll have to go through a ridiculous verification process, which seems to only exist to extract a few more cents out of you.
This company does not do a good job of getting customers through their checking. They have too many flights at the same time and are unable to support the customer needs. They make people late for flights and then charge high fees for rebooking. Clearly this is part of their strategy to get more money from the customer. Never again.
They confiscated most of my cosmetics which was under 100ml, all of my skincare which was under 100ml, My medication which I was prescribed and they searched me physically without my consent, shouted at my face triggering me to have a panic attack and held me back which led me almost to be late to my flight and they drug tested me and my belongings twice when each time tested negative, I'm never getting Ryanair ever again when I go home. Seriously you need a whole reform if you allow your staff to treat people like this. I'm only putting 1 star to have the ability to submit this review otherwise I'd give you lot absolutely 0/5 with how your staff handle your customers.
Worst airline known to man, its amazing people still use this airline. I don't know which brain dead $#*! is in charge of their business competition but for any bag it will cost you double what it does on most other airlines, 60 for an extra bag like I'm going to fit everything for 2 weeks in a tiny carry on for under the seat I don't know when all airlines chose to do this but Ryanair takes the $#*!ing piss with its prices. On top of that just buying a bag will cost you extra for a payment fee, I didn't realise to get a bag from you cheap $#*!s I had to pay more just to pay you, then they make you pay a check in fee ive never heard of anything so $#*!ing stupid, this airline will be out of business in no time if it continues the way it does, anytime someone takes a flight they will most likely be sure to never again. Yes maybe the flights are cheap but in extras it will cost you so much more than just a decent airline that gives you a bag.
Please do yourself a favour and don't use this $#*!ing waste of space the world will be a much better place when the ceo kills himself because the company's gone down.
When you can't check in online for a Ryanair flight and you know you'll be made to pay 100 euro at the airport there and then for the flight you've already paid for
I had many terrible situation with this $#*!y company. But that was the last drop. We wanted to make a Romantik weekend with my husband.It was very important for us. We see each other very rare. We are Ukrainian and had a very hard times but now we located in Austria. We bought tickets in advance. Booked a flat and bought a tickets to a concert. Our flight is on 15 of July. And on 14 we got massage from Ryanair that our flight is canceled but we can choose another one for free. But they lied. No tickets for free and they haven't got any proposition to solve our issue. For now we can't get money back, we can't return tickets from back home flight, of course we can't get back money from Airbnb ( because it's too late to inform them), and also we can't get back money for concert. Customer service is just telling that's all is not there problem. I never thought that I will see such attitude to a person in Europe. Totally disrespect and terrible service. Not any security for a person. They haven't heard anything about human right. Now the only chance to be heard - is bad requires all over. Hate you Ryanair. Never again Ryanair.

To use their "change fee" for flights, having to book a last minute flight we were unable to check in due to being in the air and no wifi at the airport. Once arrived 11 minutes late to check in counter, they charged us 110 euros extra after paying for another flight out of pocket. On a side note the flight attendees wouldn't even give me a bandaid for my bleeding finger nail. Disgusting company. I will be going out of my way to tell people how horrible Ryan air is.
In lanzarote Airport delayed for 2 haf hrs nothing changes with this $#*! company aer lingus is the way to go
Paid for priority plus carryon and they forced me to check in at the gate and pay $70 per bag. Same bags I travel all over, which could easily fit in my overhead
One of the worst airlines you can find. The customer service people are very very rude and they just need an excuse to charge you extra. Horrible airline. Don't travel with them.
THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE EVER! They made us pay an extra 255 euros because their online check in was not working. We tried several times but it didn't work because of their garbage website. The landing was terrible, if there was a little more friction there would have probably been a fire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RYANAIR NEVER EVER TAKE THIS AIRLINE!
I recently used RyanAir for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The booking process was easy, the flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The planes were ok and the prices were low. But the food that you can order on board was very expensive! I wasn't ready for that!
Unbelievable but true
2.5 years ago Ryanair sent me a cheque in euros issued by a German Bank to my British address in return for cancelling the flight I was supposed to have taken 3 months before.
The currency exchange fee and the bank commission to cash it in was higher than the amount of the cheque itself.
Nice try Ryanair, if you don't want your customers to get reimbursed just send cheques on a different currency.
There is no customer service at all in this company.When by system error I bought a ticket to my invalid email and could not see the reservation number.I called UK and Finland twice and waited a long time no one answered.Emailed three times.Did not get any response
Disappointed does not even begin to describe how Ryanair has handled my query. I have tried contacting Ryanair via chat and phone since mid last year to change a flight which I was unable to do whilst logged in. Each time I called another incompetent advisor gave me a different or textbook answer for the reason for my issue.
Today I contacted them and again I was advised by another clueless and rude agent that my issue was being escalated but he just passed me over to his female colleague who tried to be helpful and apparently escalated my issue to her manager but I am still yet to hear from anyone that can help me. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER FLIGHT WITH RYANAIR! Sometimes it is just better to pay extra for quality all around. Don't book with them.
I have never seen such a disgusting airline in my life. They took 55 pounds from me when I had no fault. I call their customer service and they hang up on my face.

My Bag Fitted and complied with the travel dimensions when Rynair Airport staff asked me to put the bag in the machine to check if the bag fits, the bag fit the second time since insertion, the service man agreed with me, but was rude to me when I tried to explain, he turned his back and did not want to call me any further, and did not want to give me my money back.
I had the worst experience with the staff of Ryan Air at this location. Employees were all congregated together and in lively conversation with each other totally oblivious to their customers and their needs. Nobody told us anything about where to tag our luggage which became a major issue. When we approached a Ryan Air employee (still engaged in conversation with four other employees) she tried to put the blame on us. Speaking in scotish language which we couldn't understand a word of and talking a mile a minute and totally out of control. She did not resolve the issue and never gave us the opportunity to even explain the circumstances. These people must learn some basic English if they're to communicate with their customers and learn some fundamental customer service skills.
