Purchasing and shipment have so far been great. Website was easy to manage and I feel I got pretty good value for what I purchased. I did purchase 3 items that are back ordered for 2 weeks. Also I am in the process of returning one item i purchased that was lower quality than the OEM, so I will see how well their return policy and process works. I will say communication has been great. They always respond quickly to questions and concerns.
