Not happy about what I feel like is deceptive advertisement with my awning purchase. It says 14 foot long and I purchased it purely by reading that! When it got her I figured out it was to short at 13'2'. My bad I guess. You guy are willing to exchange (as long as I pay for shipping) but shipping it back would cost me $185 with UPS. That's almost as much as the product itself. I am now stuck with an unusable awning!
