Everything went fine with the ordering process. No complaints there at all. Found the best price on what I was looking for on their website.
However, when the product was delivered in an undamaged and non taped box, the mounting hardware and the instructions were missing. Contacted them via phone and was told this problem was being sent to their warehouse and another product would be sent back out and a return authorization for the previous one issued.
So far, can't complain about the pricing or customer service. Just hate the hardware and instructions were missing from a near perfect condition original package...
Shipping cost too high for the this very lightweight filter set.
We have an RV dealership in the town in which I live. I found the exact same mat that I purchased from Faulkner for DOUBLE the price at the store. I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the mat that I received.
