RV Upgrades has a very good reputation for customer service, but their order tracking for this item was lacking.
I checked order tracking on their website for several days after I ordered; and, even though I found out later the item shipped the day after I ordered it, all order tracking ever said was "processing."
The item was delivered 3 days after I ordered, which is very satisfactory. Unfortunatly, because of the lack of tracking info, I didn't know the item had arrived for 2 more days, and the heavy box was underfoot in the office waiting for me to pick it up.
I didn't get an email with the FedEx tracking number stating my order had shipped until 4 days AFTER my order was delivered. Most online companies provide tracking numbers within a day or two of shipment, not 4 days after the item is delivered.
Thank you for such prompt service. I ordered this item yesterday and it was actually delivered before you sent the notice it was shipped. Also, the lady that helped me and took my order was a pleasure. It's not easy to find such great customer service anymore. Thank you again...Virginia
While the correct parts, they needed to be worked on before they would operate as they are supposed to. Not something I expected to have to do on something brand new.
