It was fast and easy, however, description of products should be in more detail, like if a power plug is for outdoor use, it should say so. I had made the mistake of almost buying a range plug from another company, and had to e-mail you company to ask the same. Overall service was fast and easy! The product I received looked like it was packed in a rush, and was able to bounce around in the box, it arrived in good condition, however the power plug was not sealed in any plastic or packaging and did not come with any product information. This was the only issue I had.

The box I received my item in, which was the factory box, was completely trashed when I got it. I hope everything is in there that's supposed to be. Extremely poor packing/shipping.

Excellant prices, actually best price anywhere. Really like the compact suction hose that collapes to about 7'. Used to have an older unit, it had a 30' hose, what to do with that big mess, finally just left it at home. This unit is great, compact and powerful...
Shipping prices are quite high for the small items in my order. Just thought I would mention that. This order could have fit in a standard envelope (with the price of a stamp) but arrived in a 12" square box. Really kind of a waste of money(mine)and materials(yours).
Shopping was a breeze. Great picture and video presentation of the product. Just recieved product. I had to call customer service for the tracking number. Would have been nice to have been emailed the tracking number. Overall product was shipped nicely and in great shape. I will purchase from rvupgradestore again.
