Product arrived in timely manner and in perfect condition. However, I think shipping charges seem high and will search for companies with lower or free shipping charges.
Have purchased base plates twice in the past and expect the same prompt service this time.
Can't really same I'm happy with the plates until we install them - then any problems will really have to be handled by BlueOx not rvup.

Appears that no one knows why I had to enter my personal information to make a purchase even though I have had an online account for a few years. Hopefully this will not happen each time I need to place an order. In general RV Upgrades is an excellent company to do business with and I always will look to them as my first choice to make my RV purchases.

The customer service was excellent. I was concerned that the sleeping bags might not arrive in time for our RV trip. Customer service tracked down the seller/shipper, ensured they were being shipped, called me back to confirm, sent an e-mail so I could track the shipping and finally called again the following morning to be sure I had received the e-mail. I'll be happy to do business with RVupgradestore again.

Ordered 32" wiper blade refills that have been next to impossible to find anywhere (even backordered and never filled by other sites), but rvupgradestore.com acknowledged my order instantly when placed, sent shipment notification later the same day, and the wipers arrived today, 2 days after I ordered. Just regular ups ground typically takes longer than that. And the price as the cheapest I found anywhere online. Simple site to navigate and place orders...efficient fulfillment...the definition of a positive online ordering experience.
