RV Upgrades is very good. However this particular product is not. The vent cover restricts the airflow dramatically. Considering sending it back.
I was ordering a Shorleine reel that needed a floor portal. I couldn't locate it onyour site. I called twice, the person couldn't find it either, said they would call Shorline and get back to me, never called me back. This happened over a 2 day period. I did finally find the item on your site but it was dumb luck rather than being able to look it up.

Very good price for this excellent addition to my RV. It makes the water soft, eliminates water spots and prevents future plumbing issues. Easy to set up and operate. A must for any RV.
