Shipment was extremely fast, and products were what I ordered.

Delivery was quick and complete. No complaints.

Price was the best for the towbar, but higher for the Brake Buddy. The only problem we had was no shipping info from the Brake Buddy people. I'm sure we'll be very happy with our purchases.

I've always been very satisfied with RV Upgrade. They offer quality items at a more than reasonable price. The items I've ordered have arrived quickly.

I had to "checkout" 3 times before it went through? That was very unsettling because you never know if 3 purchases went through? It asked me for my email address and there was no place to enter it? In the end it did not give me the option of using PayPal so I had to enter my credit card. Hopefully, I've bought 1 item.

Was not contacted for two days after my order was then told my sink cover was back ordered my sink showed up with a scratch in it because of poor packaging and still have not heard when my cover will be here so I will be sure to spread the word about your customer service
