Site is hard to use. Shipping cost not known until after choosing payment method. No way to revcover password for sign in for old customer.

Good price. Easy ordering. The delivery was very fast. However I ordered two quarts of HWH fluid and received two cases. I contacted the supplier to report the error. I was told that I would receive return instructions in a couple days. After four days, I contacted them again and I'm still waiting.
