So far there has been no problem ordering from your site. We enjoy RVing in our motorhome and there is a good chance we will be order again in the near future. The order was received in a timely matter and appears to be what was described on line. My installation has been easy. I have not tested it's performance at this time. However, with the help of this product my family and I are looking forward to RVing in our motorhome and the new dinghy vehicle.
Maybe the price was so good because they were overstocked on flat pin connectors. I probably would have bought it anyway. But, would have been nice to know so that I could get the proper connector to change my RV over to the flat pin.
