We have a 1996 Minnie Winnie with a Norcold fridge. RV Upgrades had the parts we needed to fix the door handle on our fridge when no other place did. Our order arrived quickly and we had our door fixed in no time.
Did not receive the item ordered.

After a long and expensive journey I realize after several conversations my units were plagued with problems. Im disappointed the company whom manufactures these new of the problems for many years and never had a recall. When we 1st bought ours in July 2010 the pro blems seem to be evvery time you hit a bump the unit would flicker on and off and request for the stabilers to be retracted. I couldnt tell you how times the the unit would do this or how many times it spent in the shop, and not get fixed. I'm in hopes after 13 years your new units do not act the same way, for this would be very disappointing. I do want to thank your techs in helping us diagnois the problem, very professional. The post bases for my table were broken, so I ordered parts from rvupgrades. Took a little work to refit, but how nice to have a " stable table".
Easy to order, just had to follow up by phone as their system doesn't update on shipping probably because it's a freight type of shipping rather the ups or fedex due to weight, quick delivery, arrival of product and package in excellent shape. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.
I have not installed the refrigerator thermocouple yet but looks like the exact one needed for my old freg.

RV Upgrade is my go to online place for parts. That being said one is unable at times to ensure the ordered parts work. This time the plumbing flair fittings I ordered kinda did the job. Am I satisfied yes. Will I return for other items hell yes.
I received everything okay although I received 24 valves when I only needed 12 for my four 12 volt batteries. Found it difficult to find the correct part number to order for the system I have i.e. Four 12 volt Dura Cell batteries.

Receipt of our storage Pod went well. I had at time of order requested a truck with a lift gate. That went through well. I also requested it to be delivered to our business address and gave my husband's number for reaching out. So grateful UPS called to verify delivery. Only the requested for lift gate truck went through to UPS. Came on a semi this would have been a bad experience for us and UPS if they would have just showed up.

Of 21. These pads I recommended to several friends of mine that do a lot of camping as well.
The reason for the re-order we had a blow out on one of our tires and it blew the cover right off of our jack while on the road.
Would never buy anything else for our jacks
