The price was good and fast shipping, however it didn't fix our problem. However not Rvupgradestore problem, they are always good have lots of options, usually fairly priced and fast delivery. The thermostat works for one a/c and looks to be well made and a lot nicer then the 5 button duo therm one we had. Will be nice to remotely control it for my dog that we travel with.

They are packaging in to small of a box and the product is damaged (because not layed flat) when it gets here.
Received order in timely manner. Unfortunately, I was trying to replace a Bluetooth monitor and the one I received was not Bluetooth capable. I had already installed it when I realized that and referring to return instructions, it did not appear to me that it could be returned in "used" condition…my loss!
