It has a 1" deep x16" crevice in the side from a forklift fork. It seems to run good so far. Do you think i could get some $ off on my next purchase for taking damaged goods?

The rug is beautiful but the first time we used it one of the straps broke when we went to strap it down.

Works from wifi so I can turn the air-conditioning from home or anywhere else so our travel trailer can be cool before we arrive. No more waiting for hours for it to cool down.

Step drive is nice, but no wiring harnes included. I was told it was a direct replacement. Called and was told that you don't supply the wiring harnes and don,t have them. The step drive that Im replacing had hard wire leads attatched. What a disapointment!
