The PayPal link doesn't work. Reason for 4 stars. But otherwise very good company. Shipping was good there was no instructions to speak of of how to connect the trigger wires.

This was probably the smoothest transaction I've ever made. The communication from rvupgrades is second to none, they kept me updated and well informed as to the progress of my order. The unit arrived on time and in perfect working condition.

RV upgrades was the only company to advertise the tow bar trade in program. I have already sent my old one back and await my credit.
