When I ordered the site indicated all the parts were "in Stock" after a few days I checked on my order and it indicated it was still processing? I called and the person told me that Lippert has one of the parts on back order. Maybe I don't understand what "in Stock" means. I could have ordered direct for Lippert and saved money and time.

First ladder had damage apparently from the factory. Was wrapped with no shipping damage. Replacement ladder was shipped immediately.

I didn't understand why a 22 ft. Cover was priced less than the 20 ft. Cover that I purchased. Both were the same series. The cover fits the length well but Since my trailer has a rounded front I have quite a bit of excess material at the top, I may have to add an additional strap to keep it from flapping in the wind
