Fast delivery, I bought new struts for every box on my bass boat. Their struts were as advertised so far love em. Highly recommend doing business with these folks.

Complete and clear information was provided on RV Upgrades website to allow me to select the product I needed. The ordering process was very easy and the product was delivered quickly. I can't rate the product yet as I have not had time to install it. But based on what I see I don't anticipate any issues.

I've ordered before and carefully saved the required password, etc. but the website says I've got it wrong so I bounced to Amazon to buy it.

Only concern was silverware tray was not size that was described and thus would not fit in my camper drawer. However, I shared that feedback and it has since been fixed on your website.

Customer service is outstanding, I did not add my RV site number to my address when I placed the order, however - one call and it was taken care of.
