I've been on RC for awhile and have no complaints, other then the membership to do anything (messaging wise) is a little pricy and the translation is a bit off (but using Google Translate generally helps as my Russian is very basic). I've met a few legitimate girls who've used the site and then move the convo to What'sApp or another Social media platform. (I assume all the guys who think every Woman on here is "fake" just don't know how to interact with them) All in all the site has been helpful to meet new people. Hopefully they will have an app for IPhones soon.

(Edit): Yes there are some bots/scammers on the site, but using some common sense and, a little digging (if you're actually interested in the girl) goes a long way.

Update 6/25/24: decided to update for the skeptical people, I found a girl on the site and we've been together nearly 4 years now.and recently got engaged. So yeah the site works 😜

Ok, well, I had Russian Cupid for about 4 months but never paid the $35 dollars to sign up for emails there. Before I paid for the site I got like 10 emails a month but could not answere, you have to pay the website price. And it was funny I finally paid the $ 35 a month price and right after, all the emails stopped lol. I think the site sends you fake emails to get you to want to write girls back. Well after 1 month just ended using the site

I've been on the site for quite sometime, because of work related reasons I left and when time allows me I come back., I found very honest women here but found craziest women you can think of, I found women trying to scam me like someone named Maria Polyanina (scammer) hitting me for documents and travel money, but it seems the site got her and closed her account, some scammers have paid subscriptions and seem to be legitimate but be aware... I met a Russian woman ( who by the way is surgeon) and very rich, she came to the USA and offered me all kind of money but her understanding of America was from movies and magazines, I was not interested in getting married overnight and she grew very angry and one day found my passport and other documents and using a marker ruined all of them, this woman was CRAZY... could not understand I did not care for her cash i many of my talks got lost in translation... today she married another American man who soon started to waste her money and abuse her(sorry) we remain friends... in conclusion I wish the site was more flexible with membership and stop sending computers generated interest messages as they frequently do causing to be blocked by women that did not message you and have no interest in you either... finally... uummm... I like the site but with plenty of caution

I received so many suspicious messages it was impossible to know if any at all could be trusted. Of the maybe 20 messages I received in my two weeks there only two struck me as possibly genuine. Most immediately asked for my email address and refused to communicate on-site. Several were sure we were soul mates, after one message! The prettiest pictures came with the most suspicious messages. Apparently young Russian women of incredible beauty desperately want to marry someone, any age up to 80+, but you have to give them personal details first. I twice contacted RussianCupid but received no reply. Presumably they have my 3 month subscription already and need not bother with my concerns.

Profiles that show interest or send you messages vanish one by one, all in a short period of time. Now, if there were scammers then you might say that is even a good thing but something else is going on. Women with very pleasant conversation, no requests for money anything... vanish. Their profiles and all. Emails in inbox even dimish by 50% in a day. The site is either sending messages from fake profiles to have you let your guard down but they only have so many canned messages to send or they are deleting profiles of sincere members making communication a waste of time and destroying any potential or for some reason people are deleting their profiles by the grove every day, even though the woman aren't paying. Either way something is up. Didn't write them about this since even though they are a web company they only provide a mailing address and phone number under contact us.

The site does restrict photos uploaded. I cannot blame them, some of the stupid stuff people up load especially for a dating site is amazing. In effect you can only upload pictures of you without animal, and with clothing on. This is a very good thing. Down side is if you have a have dog or pet, or hobby is horseback riding, no pictures of that. However read on.

It is very much just okcupid.com with an international focus. There are many scammers on the site. Mostly women profiles, but I have heard of a few bad men on the site. Russiancupid does not monitor who joins and you can report scammers. But it is far to easy to sign up for a free account. You have to paid for the site if you want two way communication. Free accounts cannot communicate with each other, which is the best way to filter out the scammers on the site.

It is fully IMBRA compliant, but I do not think that it even needs to be, as it operates much like a USA dating site would. It really does not have any customer service to speak of.

This website is not for those who seriously This website is not for those who seriously want to find someone to love. As a paying member, I experienced how much of the inquiries are false (80%). Daily, I discovered 25-50 new scammers, many regulars. I was simply thrown out of the side because I knocked on these scammers. So on that website, scammers have greater rights than a serious paying member. So my recommendation is not to use that website, it's a waste of time and money. There are fake profiles but also plenty of real ones. I'm guessing a lot of those having issues are reaching for women that are difficult to attain for the average person. The only profile that respond to them are most likely the fakes and the rest are not interested. As a successful 26 year old business man from America I have had no problems finding and talking to girls in the 20-24 year old range. I video chat almost daily with one Ukrainian woman 19, and one russian woman late 20's. Neither have ever asked for money or gifts and are only genuinely interested in getting to know me and venturing out of their home country. I plan on visiting Ukraine in a few weeks to meet the one I've been speaking to most. I have recieved tons of spam messages and likes but the fakes are easy to weed out. Even a quick glance at the profile is usually a dead give away, avoid the ones with short empty profiles and go after the genuine ones. Ask to video chat soon as it makes sense and never send any money to anyone. This is the cheapest and most real site I've come across.

I started communicate on this site in january of 2018. Since then i met too many men, probably i was talking with about 100 people or more. I can say, maybe 1% could match exactly for me, but for different reasons it didn't happen. I met even one mentally sick man with narcissistic destroyed personality, unfortunately we can't be secure from different rubbish on the dating site. And yes, some men were nice, some men were not (rarely). Some of them just didn't match with my let's say list of qualities. But it DOESN"T MEAN that all people are fake there or garbage. Understand this, you will get whatever you beleive in.
Finally after a few months of very hard work, when i already totally felt tired and sick from all this crap i met MY PERSON, my soulmate. He found me.
So, dear men, don't be scared to write directly to lady, don't just send her 'like' and wait. I nearly missed my loved Man! If i didn't liked his profile in answer (i never did it before, i was getting thousands likes!), he would not write me! I feel terrified even from the thought that we could not meet because of this stupid mistake.
My Man came to meet me in Russia after a few weeks communicating through whatsapp, skype, endless video and audio calls. Since he met me, he just never let me go.
I wish and hope every decent person to meet his/her the dearest one and was able to keep it happy and healthy.

9/10 Women are fake. Paid writers, that try to keep you interested, until your subscription expires so you can renew again. They even give phone numbers, and say 3 words to you only if you keep writing to them. Then they disappear. It will be extremely difficult for even a decent looking guy, to find a girl out of this crap. Worst experience i had in a dating app. I have met few real women. But good luck wasting tons of your time to distinguish them, and keep them interested, and them maybe something is done. Because of so many fakes, these few women have a gazillion options, guess what? You aren't the one they will choose.
