Well it's my first time that I am working with Rush Order Tees, so it's nerve racking to be sending a lot of money to an unfamiliar company. I was confused need help in adding my products on to and old design order and I couldn't figure it out and he helped me. I also needed to add more products he was able to just add them toy existing order instead of making another purchase. Very satisfied.

I placed an order, and sent a note that I wanted to see a proof before it went into production. Somehow, unknown to me, the order was set to "auto approve," which I did not ask for. And so, I didn't receive a proof. Fortunately, i checked in, because the changes that designers made to our layout made the design completely different than what we asked for! The sizes of the text were incorrect, as was the size and the placement of the bear. To make it worse, there was a note from the designers that said, "design is exactly as it appears in the customer's design studio." This was untrue. One can look at the file I sent, and the file that was sent to production, and easily see the difference. Unfortunately, the changes made the design terribly ugly! Fortunately, customer service is amazing. Amber jumped on, asked me to resend the files, and worked to correct the issue. We chatted back and forth, looked at a few options, and the corrected the issue within 20 minutes. We haven't received our shirts yet, so I don't know for sure that the changes went through, but I'm hopeful again. Thanks, Amber - I apprecaite your work!

It was very easy to work with RushOrderTees. I was always able to talk quickly with someone in person when I called. The product they created was really great! The colors and photo resolution were excellent. They arrived exactly on schedule. I haven't given the tees to my nephew and family yet. It looks like the sizes are on the generous side, but that should be totally fine. Better a little big than too small. The fabric quality is also excellent. I'm very excited to present these next week! Thank you for a great experience!
