I had a question about my order so I tried the online chat. First it was a bot (but also there are links to FAQs which were helpful already). The bot got info for me, which helped. When the bot couldn't answer my question, I was transferred to a real person. The exchange was a little slow, but I still got the information that I needed. All was good. :) Of all the online "contact/chat us" thingamabobs that I've used, this has been one of the best that I've used.

I love your guys website. It was super easy to follow and a joy to use. Easy and quick design tools. This was my first purchase and was very impressed on the quality and care of my order. Customer service was great. I called and emailed and got a friendly person to assist me. My emails were always responded to quickly. Can't wait for my next order. Awesome experience.
